Review: I bought this book, The Bacta War, here a Amazon.com, oh, about 1 year ago. I read mainly Star Wars, and I Star Wars RPG online. I admit, though, that I am a very tough critic of books. i read this book, oh, maybe 5 times. Its the best book I've ever read. Some of Stackpoles books where so boring I couldnt finish 'em, but this one I read 5 times! Its such a cool plot, and it goes in-depth with the charecters, and you really meet Wedge, Booster, Corran, Mirrax... Its a really great book, I give it 5 stars, plues some more, and TWO THUMBS UP!

Review: Oh, I just knew they'd get married! They are so perfect together! I just laughed and laughed at this book until my sides ached and my parents threatened to lock me up in a psycho ward! Out of the four X-wing books, this one is by far my favourite! I love Talon Karrde, and for him to come into my favourite series was too much for my easily pleased brain! Keep up the good work! Please, please don't stop here! If you don't write another book, I'll just die!

Review: What a great book! I've read every one of Stackpole's Star Wars books and have been astounded every time at his ability to actually place a view of the battle in your head. I could almost hear Wedge's voice giving the commands. Great book, Mike.

Review: THE BEST ONE OUT OF ALL THE ORIGINAL FOUR X-WING BOOKS. THE ONE WITH THE MOST ACTION TURNS OUT TO BE THE BEST ONE. THE BATTLE SCEENS ARE VERY WELL WRITEN. I JUST COULDN'T PUT THE BOOK DOWN IT WAS TO GOOD. ALL YOU X-WING SERIES FANS WILL LOVE WHAT HAPPENS TO CORRAN HORN AND MIRAX TERRAK. ALL I CAN SAY NOW IS WHAT A FINALLY.

Review: I've always been a sucker for the Rogue Squadron books, but this one stands out above all for Stackpole!!! It builds the action up constantly, and provides an awesome climax for the final battle against the treacherous Isard and growing passion between Corran and Mirax. If you like the X-Wing series, you will love this book, and also read Isards' Revenge for a real shocker.

Review: The Rogues leave the Allaince to take on Isard at Thyferra. They only have one x-wing between them, so after scrounging together a formidable fighting force with some help from the Deathseeds they divise a cunning plan to beat Isard once and for all.

Summary: An excellent finale for the boys of Rogue Squadron!
Review: The members of Rogue Squadron leave the New Republic and go after Ysanne Isard and her Super Star Destroyer, Lusanyka, on their own. They wage an epic war against her, and Michael Stackpole describes all of it with superb detail and drama. Corran Horn is back from the dead, so to speak if you have read the previous books in the series, and he kicks ass. As do all of Rogue Squadron. And, just so you know, the plot is very believable and realistic. This book does not disappoint, and everyone in the universe should love this one!
