Summary: Best Ever ??
Review: After stumbling across the Wingman series I found myself hooked on all of Mack Maloneys series...especially Starhawk. I found that I couldnt put it down. I look forward to the spring/summer of 2003 for Starhawk #4. I recommend the Starhawk series to everyone.

Summary: WINGMAN #19
Review: Although Hawk still hasn't figured out where he came from or who he really is, he's still battling against whatever forces mess around with the US, regardless of whether it's on Earth or on the other side of the Milky Way. This one has an in-depth explanation of where and how all four Galactic Empires came about and exactly why three dozen Earth nations got kicked off the homeworld, as well as a cute little crossover with the "Chopper Ops" series; perhaps Hawk jumped from his universe over to that one. It also hints that there might be a "Wingman #20/Starhawk #4" in the future.

Summary: Almost too good to be believed
Review: Buy this book! Once you have it, make a large pot of coffee. You'll need it because you will not be able to put it down until you are done.

Is it good? Yes!

Is it the best of the Starhawek series? Yes, with a caveat...so far.

In this, the third of the Starhawk series - we learn a lot about why Hawk Hunter was placed in the 73rd Century. We don't know by whom - maybe, by what, is a better way of putting it - but we have a why. However, the why presented isn't neccesarily the correct why; nor it is the why that we may want it to be.

Though, there's much less action in this one, don't be put off by that, either. Think of this as an expositionary tale. One in which we are staging for something far bigger.

The X-files are winding down. Fear not, my friends, the Hawk is there with just as much intrigue and possibility. Yeah, the truth is out there!

Summary: A total mind (ring) trip
Review: I have read all the books by mack maloney, the wingman series specifically. The chopper ops were good, too. I just new there had to be a continuation with the Wingman books. The Starhawk series is an awesome continuation of these. The Fourth Empire was awesome..... I was literally on the edge of my seat throughout the book. I am just waiting because I have a feeling that the villain Victor from the Wingman series might surface.. I could be wrong, but that is my theory.... as it seems as Major Hawk Hunter is coming closer to discovering his roots.. I hope that Mack Maloney releases a new book really soon.. I will definitely be on the list for ordering it'
Good job Mack.

Summary: Mack Maloney's Starhawk series
Review: I must say that if I were to review this series I would have to give it 10
thunbs up and 10 thumbs down.

Why?

For the same reason.. :)

10 Thumbs Up -
I bought all three books at the same time. I could not put them down!

10 Thumbs Down -
Now I have nothing to read for the next 6 months, and have to go see if
there are any good books OTHER than Mack Maloney's at the book store! :) :) :)
