Review: Someone lent me this book 5 years ago...I am now searching for my own copy. This is one of the best historical romances I have ever read. It is a book that you should own...not borrow. Jude is one of the best romance writers along with Catherine Coulter and Johanna Lindsey. "Knight" is a must in everyone's library!!!!

Review: I loved the first half of the book where Nicholas came forward in time. The last half of the book was fair at best. It was just too, too hard to believe that she travelled back with her bag full of magic and that those people accepted it so easily. Often I did not care for Douglass' choice of words. They just weren't believeable.

Review: A total stranger and I got into a conversation about books one afternoon while we were standing in line at a grocery store. She carried a copy of this book in her car with her , and to make a long story short , before I left the store she ran out to her car , insisted I take this book with me and assured me , I would love it . It was the most unusual experience...She was correct however , I had never read a romance novel before this one , have read 41 since, and have never found one that comes close to it !!! I cannot explain the impact it had on me ...

Review: I picked up several Jude Deveraux novels at a library book sale. "Knight in Shining Armor" was the worst of the lot. Admittedly, I am not a great fan of time-travel romance, but this book totally ridiculous. Come on, people--Dougless travels 400 years back in time with her handbag, which just happens to contain a drugstore full of toiletries? I just wasn't convinced by the plot, and the characters were not that interesting to me either. I'll take a Judith McNaught or an Amanda Quick novel any day.

Review: I have read more romance novels that I care to admit. "Knight" is beyond a doubt the best one every written. I, like alot of the other reviews, read it in one sitting; staying up most of the night because I couldn't put it down. I have worn out one audio tape (listening on my ride to and from work) and one paperback. I was just able to find a hardcover and won't let it out of my sight. I am in the process of trying to find another audio tape, but am not having much luck. I totally recommend this book to EVERYONE and am sure that they will enjoy it to the fullest..

Review: When I first receieved a copy of Knight, I read it in one sitting! I then went out to buy the book for my own. I've probably read my copy at least 40 times in the last 5 years. I tell my friends and family about it, but won't lend my copy out for fear of not getting it back. I even made my husband listen while I read it to him and he grudgingly admitted that it was pretty good for a romance. It was this book that made me buy every book that Jude Deveraux has written. I usually go back and read all of them over and over. After reading Knight, I just sat there wishing it could be like that. Jude Deveraux has a way of getting you involved in the book so you feel that you are a part of it. You will not put this book down until you are finished and then wish you weren't!
