Summary: I could not put it down!
Review: I could not put it down once I started. The Aethereal Sea is a great read. The characters are very strong, and are easy to identify with. Mullaney is an excellent storyteller. She is entertaining and if you are not careful, you might learn something. You can't help but get caught up in Pilot's story. I can't wait for the sequel to find out what happens next!

Summary: The Aethereal Sea
Review: I love this book! The story is compelling. The characters are strong and fully developed. It's a wild ride. If you haven't read it, you are missing out on something special. Just try to put it down.

Summary: A futuristic 'Zena' in outer space
Review: Marguerite Mullaney's unique array of fantastical characters and worlds rival those of Star Wars. I can see fans of that epic, and also fans of the Zena series, relishing this book. Strong women and equally strong men (not to mention strong non-humans!) make for dynamic story lines. So much so that The Aethereal Sea is a perfect candidate for sequels and even prequels. I would like to know more about these characters, especially Pilot and the Amazonian duo of Rhain and Saber, than what Mullaney fit into this fast-paced, easily read novel. Rhain and Saber's planet is especially of interest to me. But that is probably what Mullaney cleverly intended so that we would eagerly be awaiting her next book. I wonder...
