Rating: Summary: This book was pretty good but i wasn't satisfied............ Review: This book basically kicked, i kinda thought it was anti-climatic though... It was cool though when Rogue Squadron came in and saved the day as usual....
Rating: Summary: Wraith Squadron, x-wing book 5 Review: This book was fantastic! It was the first book in the X - wing series I have read, and I enjoyed every minute. It is very exiting and humerous, and I liked the 'Yub Yub'joke that runs through the book (read it). The new X-wing pilot's base is attacked and as they flee they are forced to take over an enemy ship and impersonate it's crew.
Rating: Summary: The 5 Stars are for Wedge! Review: This was a disappointing read but I give it five stars because Wedge Antilles is in it. The first four are better but I do like one of the new characters, Garik "Face" Loran. I also praise Allston's use of Wes Janson. Janson is the coolest, besides Wedge. Wedge should deserve more credit. I mean, he's the only Rebel to survive both assaults on the Death Star.
Rating: Summary: Not as good as its predecessors Review: Wraith Squadron was a pretty good book. It had a good story line and the characters were fun. The jokes get a bit boring and feeble as they do in Aaron's other books. The pilots are too much like the rogues. Kell and Face are like Corran, Runt is like Ooryl and Tyria is like Mirax. It is also not so good when Aaron trys to intertwine the Rogues and the Wraith missions. They are different squadrons made by different authors, they should stay seperate
Rating: Summary: Funniest SW novels on the market Review: If you love Star Wars but need a good laugh, the Wraith series is the series for you. Wedge Antilles is a completely different character in this series. He seems more human. And Jansen is hilarious! Read them all, you won't regret it.
Rating: Summary: FANTASTIC! Review: I'm currently reading it now, and it's GREAT! Aaron Allston does a fantastic job!
Rating: Summary: cool Review: This book was awesome. I liked the way the whole squadron worked with bets and how they had a good sense of humor.
Rating: Summary: Yay! The X-wing series lives! Review: Yes! I knew the X-wing series wouldn't die! I was so pleased when I found this book, I laughed hysterically and got some very strange looks from other library-users. I love all the characters, with maybe the exception of Myn Donos. I like him, but he bugs me. I can't explain it. Oh, I just love what you've done with Janson! I liked him the first time I saw tESB, I know I just love him! This book totally rules, and I'm giving it a six out of five even though this stupid computer says I can't!
Rating: Summary: WRAITHS ARE GOOD ROGUES ARE BETTER Review: I LIKE THE ROGUES BETTER BUT THE WRAITHS ARE PROBABLY A LITTLE MORE COMICAL. FACE AND TON PHANNON WERE JUST HILARIOUS WHEN THEY WERE TOGETHER. WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT A FIVE STAR RATING BUT A LITTLE TO MUCH DETAIL MADE HIS BOOK TOO LONG. BUT STILL A MUST READ FOR STAR WARS FANS.
Rating: Summary: Wow! Review: I just finished reading this book, and it is amazing! I enjoyed every bit of it, and am going to buy Iron Fist for sure. Wraith Squadron is everything that The Bacta War was not. I especially liked the insane missions that they actaully pulled off. If you have read any previous X-Wing books, or even if you just like Star Wars, get this book!
