Review: Other than the Bible, the "Left Behind" series of books are the best books I have ever read. I am now on my third round of reading the entire series. The most important thing of all is I think that they will help bring people to (or back to) Christ. I know they did me. Even if readers aren't Christians, they will enjoy them for the sheer excitement of reading about Armageddon. They are alternately thrilling and terrifying. Jenkins/LaHaye paint a very vivid picture of what the world will be like after the Rapture: the terror of war, the ultimate invasion of Big Brother, having to watch your every move, believers having to go underground to buy necessary supplies rather than take the mark of the beast. If these books don't make you sit back and take stock of how you're living your life, nothing will. You cannot read them and not be affected by them.

Summary: Blew me away
Review: I'm sure I'm over the thousanth person to write a review on this book, but I want to let those out there know that this is how it could end. It makes you think about your life, faith, and choices and when the rapture really does come I hope I'm on Christ's side...I'm looking forward to The Mark. This is a well written series and kudos to Lahaye and Jenkins for bringing so many more souls to Christ!

Summary: A Must Have for Anyone-Religious or Not
Review: Being a religious person all of my life, this book was exactly what I needed in a book. I had been going to church for 10 of my 14 years of life, and I finally lost interest. The teachings suddenly became boring. This book puts just enough fiction into a coming reality. It isn't the same old, boring teachings that a person my age would get in an average Sunday School. The book also explains everything in such a way that the most intelligent person will comprehend it on their level, while a younger audience can understand it in a way that they need it explained. I just started the series, and am on book #2. These books are so good, that I find myself taking more time to read them, so that I can get to the next book! All in all, this book is a superb read for any person, regardless of age, or religious background.

Summary: WOW!
Review: This book is awsome. I would recomend this book to anyone. I have read many Biblical prophecy books and have found theme very interesting but sometimes dry and bogged down with tiny details. Seeing them in a novel form is really exciting. It brings an aspect of Christinanity to people that would normally never try to reaserch Biblical Prophecy. Most people I know would just give up because it is too complicated and they say they don't understand. This book makes it really easy and is a really good read. By the time I read the first page I was hooked. I couldn't put the book down. This is not normal for me, but I couldn't stop. It is one of the most interesting novels I have ever read.

Review: For those of you who either don't believe or are on the edge, this book will help with your decision. You will find it difficult to put the book down. You may even find that at times you might want to pick up a bible or have a quite time for prayer. I know that this book has peeked my interest and I will be purchasing the next series, Tribulation.

Summary: Left Behind
Review: It a chilling account of biblical prophecy. Taken from Bible, and put in a form that is easy to read and it really keeps you on the edge of your seat. I hope to pass it on to all my family and friends. I can't wait for the next book in the series "Tribulation Force". If this book doesn't make you want to fall down on your knees and pray for you salvation nothing will.

Review: This is an excellent book. As a Christian, I found it very helpful in understanding the Rapture. I am looking forward to the fulfilling of this prophecy as I will not be left behind. I encourage everyone to read and learn. Yes, this is fiction, but can you be positive that this will NOT happen? I for one, am not willing to take that chance. Events are falling into place already. Get ready.

Review: When I started reading this book, I was completely thrilled. What abeginning: millions of people disappearing from the world in oneinstant, nobody knowing why. What has happened? How do people react onit? Will it happen again? Lots of questions that an author could dwellupon, could play with the minds of his readers. Instead, Lahaye andJenkins decide to take a really surprising way to continue: theyreveal their plot (the world is ending, the Armageddon has begun andthe devil walks the earth), and they do not even leave you thepleasure to speculate upon who is the Big Bad Boy or who will be hisstruggling opponent. So why continue reading the book? The onlyreason I could think of is: because the protagonists are thrilling,because their struggle against disaster catches your heart and breath,because their way into heaven or hell is plastered with twisted plotsand surprises. But with "Left behind", there is one thingthat you can always count on: absolute predictability. The charactersare so clear defined - and, by the way, so stupid - that there is noroom left for any interesting move. Take number one protagonist,pilot Rayford Steele. For him, finding out what has happened, israther easy: before disappearing from earth, his heavily religiouswife tortured him with tales of the "Rapture" (which youlearn before page 40 - plot gone). Before page 150, he becomes a TrueBeliever and is rescued (although it may take up to 7 years and fourmore books until he finally gets to heaven). Then there is BuckWilliams, the famous newspaper journalist. His instincts always leadhim onto the right track. And so he decides not to work on the storyof millions of people disappearing from earth (which is a REALLYboring story for a journalist, don't you agree?). Instead, he plans tovisit one of these absolutely exciting meetings at the UN where somereligious leaders and third-world politicians debate....

Summary: Good Book
Review: This book is straight out of Revelation. Awesome book. It gives a great look for what is in store for the world according to the bible. We won't know exaclty what will happen until the time has come but it lends an excellent insight into what the book of Revelation says will happen. They are very gripping and should make any reader truly think twice about their salvation. After all, how can one truly be a christian if they don't even believe the bible? Hope to see you in heaven!
