Rating: Summary: I want more Horse Clan Books AND a Movie!!!!!! Review: Great flow, a great two day read.Great SCIFI
Rating: Summary: Cool,Great,Awsome Review: I have read all of these books and they are just AWESOME. However Adams seems to have died in 1990 leaving the last seven or so books unwritten.
Rating: Summary: Wish He Had Written More to the Series......... Review: I have read much of Robert Adams series "Horseclans", and I enjoy it very much. It combines sci-fiction with sci-adventure. This makes it facinating to read. It includes my favorite fantasy things; wartime, clans, telephaty, a primitive enviroment, large friendly cats with long teeth and sharp claws, and telapathic horses. It is well worth searching for this out of print series. If you are looking for another IN print series that is good to read, and holds the same interest as the Horseclans series, Look for Piers Anthony. He has two series, Xanth and The Adept Series. Both hold just as much interest for me as the horseclans series did. This is a review from an avid HorseClans fan, feel free to contact me.
Rating: Summary: I love this book and series. Review: I'd say that the Horseclans novels are some of the best action fantasy ever written. I'd put the Comming of the Horseclans as the best of the series. I found the characters to be well developed, the pace to be fast, the plot both exciting and engaging, and finaly the action to be non-stop and realistic. If you can find it get it.

Rating: Summary: Adams' World Review: Robert Adams really knows how to build a complete world all his own! A post-apocalyptic realm of nomads and Ehleenee lords, he brings it to real, and sometimes all too graphic life. A wonderful escape into a strange and almost familiar world. If you ever find a copy of this book, HOLD ON TO IT!

Rating: Summary: My favorite series, without a doubt. Review: The biggest error I made was giving away the complete collection. Who knew they'd be so darned difficult to replace!!! Fantastic series of post-apocalyptic survivors.
Rating: Summary: A great break from overly long epics Review: The early Horseclans books are great, original, exciting, quick-moving and uncomplicated reads (I did not enjoy the later books (#10?-?) quite as much). Lots of swordplay, duels, full-scale battles, telepaths (both human and prarie cat) and some sci-fi thrown in for good measure. Apparently these books have been overlooked (and out of print) for some time - try to find some used copies, you won't regret it.
Rating: Summary: coming of the horseclans Review: The horseclan series books are among my favorite books in the world. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good read, it is fantasy at its best, immersing the reader in realistic detail in a world where anything is possible and science has gone wrong. If you need more try David Eddings!
