Summary: censoring through neglect?
Review: Yes, this book is definitely truer today than its authors might have expected when it was written. I wonder, of course, if advertisers and public relations types have been paying more attention to their creative ideas than the rest of us. Products designed to addict children, lifelong brand-name loyalty, and worst, the frog-in-the-pot syndrome -- gradual acclimation to worse and worse real conditions of living -- we've got them all.

Unbelievable that it's out of print. Unconscionable that it's hardly known except among diehard scifi fans (and my students)
