Summary: So good but so frustrating
Review: Like I suppose almost everyone I was dying to receive this book, the end of the 5 left me in a nervous state. Well the number 6 did not disapoint me it was just great, the relations between the heros get stronger, we discover more about the Jed life, it was perfect. Perfect? Well almost..it was too short! We used to get these books in pack of two, why don't we anymore? Waiting two month a book that you will finish in an hour is a torture. I hope Jude Watson will write many more of these books but please make them longer and more frequent.

Summary: Not Bad
Review: I thought this was a pretty good book, but definately not what I was looking forward to seeing. I was very disappointed that Cerasi was killed off, but I guess it did add something to the story. I was hoping that Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan's reunion would have been a little more dramatic. Over all it was a good book though and I can't wait for the next one.

Summary: JEDI APPRENTICE NEEDS 100+ STARS!
Review: This book was too good. Jude Watson really knows how to write.I could not beieve the things Qui-Gon said to Yoda aboutObi-Wan. Qui-Gon blames Obi-Wan for what happened.

On Melida/Daan, Obi-Wan is a leader of the planet. Most of the time he is glad he left the Jedi to help the Young, but when Nield becomes angry at Obi-Wan and-- well I won't tell who-- dies, he calls Qui-Gon, telling him things are out of control.

Then there is Tahl (who is very funny) and her navigation droid, TooJay, who calls Tahl "sir". I think Qui-Gon and Tahl make a good team. And Obi-Wan and Cerasi.... if you haven't read this book yet, you don't know what you're missing. As usual, Jude Watson leaves you hanging.

Summary: I read it before my 9 year old!
Review: I have read each of the books in the series - usually in one sitting because I want to finish the story. The complex relationships, the substories within the main story keep me riveted to my seat. It takes my 9 year old much longer than I could wait if we sat and read it together. So I get to read it a second time with him!

Summary: "Yipee!"
Review: Yet again, another wonderful, suspenseful read for this well - beyond - the - recommended - age - range reader. These books may be written for a younger audience, but they are better crafted than a lot of adult science fiction I've read, and the content is far from watered down. War, death, betrayal... some pretty intense themes! I wish I had been fortunate enough to have such a series when I was in that 9-12 range, though I am pleased I can enjoy them as an adult. I wonder if Watson and Lucas are aware that these books have such an enthusiastic adult following. If so, they should consider letting Watson write a few longer novels about Qui-gon and Obi-wan's relationship. Once again, my only complaint about this series is that the books are too short. A quick, thrilling hour's read, and then another two months of waiting. Arrggggg!

Summary: Funny, sad, full of action...this book has everything!
Review: Obi-Wan has left Qui-Gon and joined the Young. In The Uncertain Path, the Young have made an agreement with the Middle Generation, and are becoming the government for Melida/Daan. Only at the end, war breaks out again between the Elders and the Young, and someone - I won't say who because it will be giving the story away - dies. At the same time, several thefts are occuring at the Temple, and Qui-Gon and Tahl - not to mention Tahl's annoying droid, (she was funny though!) TooJay - are out to find the villain.

However, Qui-Gon ends up going back to Melida/Daan after a request from Obi-Wan, and...well, you'll have to read the book to find out the rest! And I recommend you get it!

Summary: The Legacy Continues....
Review: This book is definately one of the BEST Jedi Apprentice series. If you have read through #1 to #5, you now probably are desperately waiting for #6 to come out as I did. Believe me, you will not regret it once you've bought it.

Summary: This series is Great!
Review: This book (this whole series for that matter) is sooo good! I'm glad to find out that I'm not the only adult that likes this series! This 6th book is keeping me in suspense! I think the 7th book is due out in April 2000.

Summary: Another killer ending
Review: Do you know that feeling where your heart is pounding, you pulse is racing, your stomach twisting in knots, and your adrenaline pumping? All of the six jedi apprentice books have done that to me, and this one is no exception. As an eighteen year old college student, I am well out of the age range, but I not only love these books, I have also gotten my twenty year old roomate hooked on them. My one major problem is the relationship between Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan forgave Guerra for betraying him on Bandomeer and almost getting him killed. He also forgave Jono and Nield. I think its time for Qui-Gon to learn another lesson from his padawan, especially since its partly his fault Obi-Wan left. This book adds a depth to both characters that didnt really exist before. Obi-Wan realizes that he is not complete without Qui-Gon, and Qui-Gon begins to realize how much Obi-Wan means to him. They are meant for each other, but they make it so hard for themselves. It also allows us a deeper look into the temple, and the problems there. Its a wonderful book, with great characters who grab your heart and wont let go.
