Summary: Magic the Gathering: Invasion Review
Review: The book had a great plot to it, making you want to keep reading. The large vocabulary and elaboration really expresses what is happening in that point of the book. It also explains thoroughly about what has happened in the previous books so you're not lost if you begin with reading this book. Also, it really gives you a good picture of what the scenery is at the time.

Summary: You Gotta read this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: This book is a great start to the Invasion cycle. This book is richely detailed and every character (including the least important) play an imporant role. The only fault is, this book is an advanced-reaging book; and it is pretty bloody. Over all, you would be pretty dumb if you like Magic books and don't get this one.

Summary: Awesome Book, Great Start for The Cycle
Review: This book is an exciting account of the first stages during the Phyrexian Invasion of Dominaria. Chapters are short (only about 4 or 5 pages each) but provide a very accurate description of each event as it happens, step-by-step. It flows at a very fast pace and the action doesn't slow much until after the Llanowar chapters. Even then there's plenty of action to go around. A very exciting battle concludes the book, leaving more questions to be answered by the sequel, Planeshift. Character development is also very well done and you really begin to feel for some of them during the later chapters. Overall I was very pleased by the detail of each event and the pace at which the book moves along. I do recommend, however, that you read Time Streams (also by J. Robert King) because it poses as sort of a prequel to the characters and events in this book. If you didn't read Time Streams, don't worry, the book reviews many of the events and happenings of Time Streams in detail.

Summary: Sad but exciting
Review: this book is very sad at the end of the book as several main charicters die fighting the phyrexians. a certain family related to urza is wiped out completely. the book is good, but be in for some depression, and you will get depressed if you have read any other magic the gathering books like time streams. it is alright.

Summary: EXTREME ACTION
Review: This book opens with a battle and from that point it stays a battle throughout the entire book! it is so detailed you feel like your there! J. robert King is the second best author in the magic the gathering crew. Jeff grubb being the first. But this is an excellent book for the action seeker ad i would recommend it too you and many others.

Summary: A Sad but Awesome Book
Review: This book was great. I liked the way it was almost always suspenseful. But it was really sad. They killed off a few main characters that were involved relationships. The new villain is cool, but like all the other bad guys, its too strong. I would only recomend this book for people who follow the series, but othewise its a great book.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Could be sad
Review: This novel is paints a bleak picture. Some major (very major) characters are killed off by the author, (but they still get their likeness printed on Magic cards). They're blue, if you still don't know who they are. If you want to know the storyline, you have to read this book. It ends in a cliffhanger that will make you want to scream "where;s Planeshift?"
