Summary: Hilariouse, ironique, twist of comedy
Review: Henry-D..As a big fan of the Dwarf I rate this book highly. This perticulare plot is based around the crews struggle to stay sane, and alive for that matter, as they incounter the world of 'better than life'. This virtual reality game holds the crews lives in its clutches as they bask in their own personnal utopia-unaware of the fact that their very lives are draining away. This book is like many of the other Red Dwarf series in that it is hilariouse in its own unique style. Buy it and find out for yourself........another strong recomendation would be 'infinity welcomes carful drivers' also possible to buy as an omnibus-coupled with the above title...wickedly funny..and that's the bottom line!

Summary: Red Dwarf Book Rocks!
Review: I'd have to say that "Red Dwarf: Better than life" is one of the better books I've read in a while... It combines a few episodes in the series (also my favorites) and laces them together so they act as one story, and a very good story, at that! I definetly reccomend this book to anyone who likes comedy OR Sci-fi!

Summary: The sequal to the best book in the world
Review: If you read Infinety Welcomes Careful Drivers then get ready for the return of RED DWARF. In this instalment get ready for more of the best parts from the series but even more original plot lines that take the crew from an addictive game to......I don't want to spoil it for you. Pick it up today.

Summary: An immaculate continuation of a killer series....
Review: If you've read the first one, you're probably on your way to the psycho ward. This one's no different. You'll be laughing madly throughout, pausing only occasionally to breathe. If you like to laugh, get this book. If you like to be able to breathe easy, do not. Groovy...

Summary: Jittery
Review: The story jumps around a good bit, and really it doesn't feel like it's as focused of a book as the first one... Like there wasn't some pre-set goal... Like the authors didn't know how it was going to end and wanted to put it off as long as possible. It's still a good book, but it doesn't feel very solid a lot of the time. Far less story than your average Red Dwarf fan is used to (and most of us are used to a _30 minute tv show_).

Summary: BEST SMEGGIN RED DWARF BOOK EVER
Review: this book goes so fast. i read it in an hour, but i was laughing for days afterwards. it is great. really. rimmer, lister, cat, holly, kryten(hate him), and talkie toaster all magnified times 300x!

Summary: Far below "Red Dwarf"
Review: This book is a way to pass time. Not a very nice way, tho. Compared to Red Dwarf, this book has nearly all protagonists (Lister, Rimmer,The Cat) acting completely out of character. The begining was amusing: you pick up where RD left off, in the Better Than Life game with our "heroes" trapped in a fantasy of their own making. Then the book runs out of gas.

Summary: GREAT FOLLOW-UP TO "I.W.C.D"
Review: This book, like the last one, is a collection of episodes ("better than life", "White Hole", and "Backwards") only this time, it's much more original, and the stories are almost completley different than the episodes. (Note: this one definatley leaves space open for a third book!)
