Summary: A WONDERFUL, WELL-WRITTEN BOOK ABOUT AN INTERESTING RELIGION
Review: This book was a wonderful eye-opening book. It and its companion opened many doors for my family and I. I am honestly surprised at how many people disliked it. I would like to remind people that the Faery Faith is not really a part of the Wiccan Religion, but is a religion in its self. Comparing it to books about Wicca would be like comparing a feather with a rock! There is NOTHING in common between the two!

Summary: Never has a book had such an impact on my life!
Review: This book was my husband's and I picked it up out of curiosity and all I can say is WOW! It has changed my life!

Summary: Actually, ZERO STARS!
Review: This books is so bad, for so many reasons that the amount of space I have here to write about them, isn't enough. I'm suspicious as to the origin of the work presented, as the bibliography just doesn't match. It's sad that people have to resort to this half-hearted approach instead of doing the actual research themselves.

Summary: Little less than kin
Review: This is a sweet, large-type, teen-age book. It does not deal with the hard-core issues of the magical traditions. If you are in need of some soul searching quiet time, the meditations contained within are just right. It will pinch your intrest in finding out more about the traditions of the faery, yet it lacks a firm grounding in truth and the art of magick

Summary: Learn about the unique Irish Gods and Goddesses
Review: This is a very informative and interesting book by the foremost Irish Faery Faith expert in the USA. I see others judging her by other national faery faith traditions. This is like comparing apples to oranges! It can't be done. Her book is very lovely and very informative! Give it a read and see for yourself!!

Summary: Buy iy, you'll like it!
Review: This is a well written book! The Faery-Faith is an ancient tribal religion. As with any religion there are many ways to work within it! Look at the Native American and Christian religions to see the many branches of the same pathway! For a modern american to claim this is not real is sort of ridiculous to me! After all, it is thousands of years old and from Ireland! Think about it! Try this wonderful book! Read it and see if it helps you as it has helped me! Five Stars!

Summary: an excellent book! try her classes for they are excellent !
Review: this is an easy to read and easy to implement book! It is well worth your time for believe me, it has helped people to change their lives for the better! Several people I know have experienced this. By the way Sasha,(see review above) page 134 does not state "witch burnings" it states "witch persecutions." Read this book and find out why some pretend practitioners of the faery-faith are in such a panic about this book being released. The truth contained will set you free!

Summary: An excellent book about the Irish Faery Faith
Review: This is an excellent book about the Irish Faery Faith. I give it a 5 stars. In some of the reviews I see that they are claiming it isn't real comparing it to RJ Stewart. I would like to point out that while both are of the Faery-Faith, RJ is of the English and mainland tribal traditions. Kisma is of the Irish tribal traditions.l To compare the two is like comparing the Apache religious ways to the Sioux religious ways! IT can't be done! Both are legitimate in their own right! Not only do I recommend Kisma's books but try RJ Stewart for a different and as legitimate way to work with the Faery! 5 stars on this one!

Summary: Personable, yet interestingly innacurate
Review: This, like other similar books is not a history book. Who is this fanatic nutcase that put's all the reviews with a rating of "1" on the Net?

I find this book to be of great personal significance for transformation. Possibly the references to "the library" as the only legitimate resource are a way to throw us back into the patriarchial ways of the recent past.

Books like this give the reader a start on the path to themselves and are not written as dry historical (history is written by the conquerers!) textbooks and can lead us to many fine insights into our spirituality.

So, let the reader be aware of the semi-fictional basis of these type of books, but be encouraged to dive-in in search of transformation.....

Summary: A heart-felt experience of Faery.
Review: Through the vision of this book one is lead to encounter the deep heart-felt experience of Faery. This book is not meant to be THE BIBLE of the Irish Faery-Faith, but a sharing of one woman's love and exchange with this amazing realm.
