Summary: This book was O.K.
Review: This book was O.K. I didn't like it that much but I didn't think it was the best book I ever read either.I rated it 1 star because I'm just not into those types of books.I did learn alot though about how ordinary people saved the lives of their friends.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: I thought that the book was great.
Review: I give,Number the Stars, four stars. I liked the way the author used some facts about the war, but summed it into a story. Another thing I liked about the book was the resistance. That is cool how those poeple worked so hard. They gave their lives sometimes to stop Hitler from distroying Denmark and other countries. I recommend this book to someone that is intrested in wwII and wants to read. You learn alot of things about the war you didn`t know. It made me cry sometimes and mad sometimes. Hitler was such a bad man. I hope something like that never happens again.

Summary: This book is good.
Review: This book was interesting but it wasn't a great book.It told me how it was during WW2 but some parts were boring. That's why I rated it 3 Stars.

Summary: I think this book is boreing and needs more action.
Review: I think this book has exactly no action in it! This book is long and boreing. I also did not understand what was going on. The author should rewright the book and add more action. I just think it needs more action. This is all I have to say.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: This is a good book to introuduce Children to the holocaust
Review: This book is a good book to introuduce children to the milder horrors of the holocaust. It shows some parts of Jewish culture and the mainstream society of germany. I would have given it 3 1/2 stars but they STILL won't let us use halfs so it won't be averaged in...

Rating: 5 stars

Summary: We really enjoyed reading this book!
Review: This is a great book because it is suspenseful. It was a little slow at first, but after the first few chapters you won't be able to put it down. We liked it when the soldiers raided the apartment looking for the Rosen family, and when Annemarie rips the necklace off Ellen. It is also exciting to find out what happens in the forest. This has become a favorite in our classroom!
