Summary: It's as good that I read it in regular basis
Review: I have read see the whole robotech series, the american version and the japanese. A the book it's much better. You will love every main character, and secundary ones have good appeal. The twist of history are amazing. McKinney recopilate almost any print of the twenty century culture in this series, in a amazing way. When you end the complete series, you will still like more, so sorry the man has died even before the last titles.

Summary: A great sci-fi book
Review: I liked the Genesis portion of the three books in this little Robotech collection by Jack Mckinney. I liked it because I think it was a great blend of action, comedy, drama, adventure, and suspense. I think readers of all ages would like this book because they only used curse langauge once I think didn't even use it at all actually. I have been a Robotech fan for a while and believe me the books are better than the series trust me. Hey that's just the beginning of the book hope you like the rest.

Review: I think Battle Cry is a very good book one of the better in the Robotech series. Even though it is very slow at the begining but once you get past the first couple chapters it begins to flow very good. I think this book is for a more mature audience because of its adult content and the occasional curse. Still Battle Cry has alot of action and is very enjoyable to read and explains alot from the first book. I think anyone who likes action, adventure would like this book. And anyone who enjoys science fiction would enjoy it. In all I think this is a very good book(for the mature audience).

Summary: Giant, transformable mecha...what's not to love?
Review: I'm not just writing a review about this 3-part compilation, but of the entire Robotech book series by Jack McKinney. In a word, awesome! The series has everything from aliens, to love triangles, to (of course) transforming mecha. It is an action, love, suspense, thriller, sci-fi/fantasy tour de force...and it all begins with this compilation.

Review: It follows the show almost to a T! I had to watch my DVD's again just to make sure everything was correct! If you loved the show, this is alot more detailed and gives you more insight to Gloval's thoughts as well was the numberous members of the SDF-1's crew!

Review: It's really just that simple. All of the Robotech books by "Jack McKinney" are fantastically written, and these are the books that started it all. Never has a novelization taken us so deeply into the psyche of the characters, and so meticulously behind the scenes to the inner workings of politics and battle tactics. It doesn't get any better than this. If you've seen the show, but never read the books, buy this. If you've never seen the show, but have always been curious about it, buy this. If you've never seen the show and don't ever plan to, but are just interested in a good science fiction story, buy this. You won't be disappointed.
