Rating: Summary: Another Great Book! Review: I've read the whole series so far and this one is the best. No doubt about that. I recommend this book to all of you. This series is great for Star Wars lovers and non Star Wars lovers. Either way you'll enjoy this book. May the Force be with you.
Rating: Summary: A great book Review: It is a great book but Obi-Wan doesn't have a good bond with his master like a reader before me said. You'll have read more of the apprentice books to find out if it inproves(I know). But it has drama, a little suspence, and some treachery.
Rating: Summary: The best! Review: Jude Watson continues to write intereszing stories about the adventures of Qui-Gon Jinn and his young Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi. He also writes about their developing relationship, with both men longing for connection and not realizing that they are coser than they think! In this instalment the two Jedi are sent to Gala, where the dying queen is bringing democratic elections to her planet, and her son is not at all happy about it. This is a well-written and interesting story in this continuing series.

Rating: Summary: AGAIN! Review: Jude Watson, I have to hand it to you... You are a genius whenit comes to books. You've done it again. I am so happy that youfinaly exploit a little bit of Qui-Gon's kind but protected heart. Please keep these books a-coming. You do however, need to make them slightly longer. I finished the book in less than an hour and a half. Write some Star Wars NOVELS and I will be thrilled! From Obi-Wan Kenobi's faithful Jedi wife, Aur Revoir
Rating: Summary: From the Author-- Thanks to All Review: Just want all you readers out there to know that I check inoften to read your thoughts. Please hang in there with Qui-Gon andObi-Wan-- in the Master/Padawan relationship, the journey is part of the lesson. Speaking as an author, creating an instant bond between your main characters isn't as interesting as describing the delicate dance of a new relationship-- the tentative steps forward, the shared jokes, the misunderstandings, and the unsaid words. Well, all I can say is, just wait for Jedi Apprentice #5-- fasten your seat belts, it's going to be a bumpy ride. Thank you for taking the time to write, and please continue to post responses. And May the Force... well, you know the rest.
Rating: Summary: The great continuation from Vol. 3! Review: Me again! Here, you will have a closer look about Prince Beju's family and there's an introduction of Elan... Here you can also read about how impress Qui-Gon are on Obi-Wan.. Obi-Wan is magnificent... Jude really knows how to make Star Wars fans feels like they're the ones on mission.. As wether Obi-Wan or Qui-Gon... I didn't read the 5th volume yet, but I'll write the review once I finished it! Keep up the good work Jude Watson and to YOU STAR WARS FANS, what are you waitin' for? Go and order it!
Rating: Summary: Very good, if a little bit trite. Review: Okay, so I shouldn't complain. Anyone within the 9 to 12 age rating will find that there is absolutely nothing the matter with this book. And don't get me wrong, I really loved it! But come on: a guy is sent to look for someone. He gets lost in the woods, attacked by bandits, wounded, and it starts to snow. Who comes to rescue him? Of course, it's gotta be the person he's looking for. And the poisoning culprit was rather obvious from the very beginning. I knew that there was going to be another last-second rescue -- you can't just let people die. (As Lucas reputedly said, "It's not nice.") Well then, I'm just not a nice person. But my twin sisters, who at eight fall just below the age range, loved every second of it (of course they did; I had to read all four books of the series out loud). Being fifteen and more critical than I like to think, I tend to put the negatives first. So here are the positives. The plot was well thought-out, and I like the fact that Obi-Wan is visibly growing up in this series, more like what he will be someday in Episode One. At least Qui-Gon thanked him for what he did, which means he may NOT be made out of ice after all! Just one more thing: he needs to weld that lightsaber to his hand or something. The kid just can't keep track of that thing, can he? Keep up the good work, Watson! I can't wait for the next one!
Rating: Summary: addictive Review: Once you pick it up you will be hooked. Great action and great story. Obi-Wan is my hero. Read how he saves the day in a hopeless planet and amazes Qui-Gon. Beware you're going to need all the books in the series, you won't be able to put them down.
Rating: Summary: Guardians of peace Review: Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi are sent to Gala to oversee an election. The queen is slowly dying and feels her son Beju is unfit to rule. Amist rioting in the streets, the feared hill people, bandits, politicians and betrayal in the palace the jedi must maintain the peace. This book picks up where The Hidden Past left us and keeps you hooked threw twist and turn till the final revalation. Its a quick read but highly recommended.
