Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: the white shadow rules over all Review: This is my absolute favorite Arthurian book ever, which is even better because it's all about Guinevere. The characterization, the tragedy, the modification of the story so that Mordred is not an evil little sod... it's all so perfect. It makes me smile so much to fall into this rich world; I could read this book over and over again, and I'm so glad that it's been published now in a single volume (I read the original two books years ago when they were first published in '94 & '95).
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Greatest book of all time! Review: This is one of the greatest books that I have ever read! I would recommend this book to anyone who loves to read! This is an awsome book it as one of the greatest books of all time! Along with the Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling, The China Garden by Liz Berry, Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie, Cheaper by the Dozen by Frank B. Gilbreth Jr. and Ernestine Gilbreth Carry, and Old Magic by Marianne Curley!

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Queen of Camelot Review: This is the best book I've read about Arthurian times and my favorite book ever. It was especially interesting because you could really identify with Guinevere as a reader. I couldn't wait to read the Grail Prince (which is a must if you have read this book - it's also really good).
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Breathtaking Review: This novel is absolutely amazing. By far the most beleivable of any Arthurian Legends I have ever read. The story just grabs you and you just can't put it down. It makes you think, it makes you laugh and it makes you cry. By far my newest favorite novel.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Awesome book! Review: This was my first Arthurian legend book that I had read, but it was definitely my favorite. For some people, it is easy to become confused as you read the book, but I wasn't confused at all. The author explains the legend very well. Almost too well, as I fell in love with the characters, I even cried when King Arthur finally died. If you want to become an author, you definitely have to read this one. I also read the Mists of Avalon, and I must say that although that was a wonderful book, Queen of Camelot surpasses it greatly. I especially liked how McKenzie explained the Guinevere-Lancelot-Arthur triangle. I also liked how she didn't tie in religion too much in the book. The Mists of Avalon's main topic was religion, and it was becoming a bit too much. Overall, the book was fantastic. Other recommended books: The Mists of Avalon Grail Prince Prince of Dreams The Forest House Priestess of Avalon Lady of Avalon (I also read the Guenevere series by Rosalind Miles, but I hated it. The way she protrayed all the characters was enough to make me gag! I recommend you don't read the series, because she protrays King Arthur as weak, The monks of Christianity as corrupt, and Guinevere...well, if you ever read the series, you'll see why I don't like how Guinevere is protrayed.)
