Review: The book Charlie And the Great Glass Elevator is a great book. When Charlie, his family, and Mr. Wonka go in a ride in the elevator the glass elevator gets too far up. It ends up in space. Then they see a space hotel and want to link up with it. When they get onboard they have a feast, but as soon as they eat, "knids" start appearing one by one, and start to spell "SCRAM." Find out what happens to them by reading this great book "Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator."

Review: The book Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator was a great and funny book. I admired it because the author of this book made it seem like you were in the place that you were reading about. It was a sequel to the book "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". Most of the book took place in outer space. I thought that this book was a great book and I would recommend it to anyone. That is why I gave this book 5 stars.

Review: There were so many funny parts of this book, like when Grandma Georgina went to Minusland and when the 3 old people in the bed fought over the WONKA-VITE. If you are looking for a funny book, you should definitely read this one. Another funny thing are the Knids - they are funny looking because they are made out of rubber but they look like rock!

This book is as good as WILLY WONKA AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY. It's too bad that there wasn't a 3rd Book called CHARLIE AND THE GREAT WHITE HOUSE!

I think other readers will really like it and they will laugh a lot!

Summary: A Great Read for Anyone
Review: This book is funny, interesting, and a great book for all ages. I loved this book because it's fresh and funny, and Roald Dahl is a terrific writer. This was the first book I read by Roald Dahl, and you really don't need to ready any other Chocolate Factory books before enjoying this one.

The story goes like this: Charlie Bucket & his family, plus Willy Wonka are riding in a great glass elevator (just as the title implies,) and they somehow crash into outer space and land in this space hotel. While in the the hotel they come across these gruesome creatures. They cleverly escape from them and head back to the Chocolate Factory. While there Charlie's maternal and paternal grandparents take a pill created by Willy Wonka to make them younger (or older). The results are hilarious, but you have to read this book yourself to find out what happens!
P.S.: I loved the poems in the book!

Review: This book is great for kids!In this great book by Roald Dahl Charlie's family and Mr.Wonka shoot up from this amazing glass elavator. Mr.Wonka is suposed to turn the elavator around but he is late in doing so. So they are stuck in space for the rest of their natural lives, but wait there is something up ahead that looks like a hotel. It's called space hotel U.S.A. It's the first hotel ever to go in space.They are so amazed that they go into the hotel. Then they are attacked by space monsters! If you want to know what happens next you should read the book! This is a great book for a kid or adult with a great imagination!!!

Review: This book is not that good. Because there aren't too many things happeningin the begining. And then it just switches subject and another thing happens instead. Somrtimes it's very funny but when it's not funny, it's a very boring book.
However the characters in the book are guite good. My favorite character is mr. Willy Wonka. He is very funny and he's never scared.
I don't recommend this book to anyone, but if you want to read it it is better to read "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" first.

Review: This book is very exciting and adventures. Charlie along with Mr.Wonka and his family go on the Great Glass elevator into space and find alot of trouble heading their way. You don't want to put the book down once you start. They also have some confusion and the president thinks they are aliens. To find out what happens read the book. I would suggests this book for everyone no matter what type! This is the book that you should purchase. Read it!

Review: This book lacks some of the focus and the sheer joy of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, but it is a delight nonetheless -- Charlie, Mr. Wonka and Charlie's family take the Great Glass Elevator around for some wild adventures.

It's a sequel, folks. And, frankly, when you are the sequel to the greatest children's book ever written, that's a hard act to live up to. Dahl does a decent job, so I give him 4 stars.

Review: This book made me laugh a lot. To understand it better you should read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. This time, Willie Wonka has taken Charlie's whole family into outer space in the great glass elevator. The grandparents made me laugh the most, especially when they yell at Mr. Wonka. Mr. Wonka is his craziest ever in this book! They have to save the space station from being squashed by aliens, though! Watch out for Willie Wonka in this hilarious book.
