Review: The Lion ,the Witch and the Wardrobe is an exiting tale that I would recommend to all ages . Lucy, Edmund, Peter and Susan are orphans who think that they are living in an ordinary mansion with there professor until they enter into a different world. This exiting journey turns out to be a nightmare and the Lion the king of Naria is the only one who can stop the White Witch but has she already destroyed the Lion? Does Lucy, Edmund ,Peter and Susan have to save there world can they? Naria once a beautiful land nothing but blizzard? Find out in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

Review: Even if you have read this as a kid, you should take the time to read or listen to it again. You will have an entirely new perspective on it, and the writing style is still engaging. I plan to keep these CDs around for my kids.

Review: Four British children, two sisters and two brothers, are sent away from London during World War II because of air raids. Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy now live in the large house of an old professor. While exploring their new home, the youngest, Lucy, steps into a wardrobe, suddenly finding herself in a strange wintry world full of creatures from fairy tales and mythology. At first, her siblings don't believe her, but, after a while, all four of them enter the world of Narnia. An evil witch has the land under her spell, but help is on the way -- a lion named Aslan.
"The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe" is the second book of "The Chronicles Of Narnia." Clive Staples Lewis wrote the novel in 1950, yet its theme of the willingness to make the ultimate sacrifice makes the story timeless. While the story is primarily aimed at a young audience, Lewis himself points out the following to his niece Lucy to whom the book is dedicated: "... [S]ome day you will be old enough to start reading fairy tales again." An extra bonus are the charming illustrations by Pauline Baynes.

Summary: The Lion , the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
Review: In C.S. Lewis's book The Lion , the Witch, and the Wardrobe; siblings Lucy, Edmund,Susan, and Peter start the story out playing hide-and-go-seek in their Uncle Andrew's house. The youngest,Lucy decides to hide in a old magical wardrobe. This is no ordinary wardrobe. It takes Lucy to a the magical world of Narnia. She comes backnoticing no time has past and brings her brothers and sisters along with her. From here the adventure has just begun. Here they meet talking beasts,giants, and have to battle the evil White Witch with the help of Aslan the Loin and protecter of Narnia.
This story goes beyond a fairy-tale with a much more deeper meaning. The symbolism is fantastic in this book. I really liked it and people of all ages can appreciate it....

Summary: Not the best Cronicle of Narnia but a great book anyways!
Review: The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewisis a wonderful adventure story that I gave a rating of four stars.
It starts out with four brothers and sisters, Lucy, Edmund, Susan, and Peter. They find a magical wardrobe that takes you to the land of Narnia one time. Lucy entered the land of Narnia and convinces the others that Narnia is real. After that all four go into Narnia and start on a wonderful adventure that will change their life for ever. At this point in time, NArnia is controlled by an evil witch, who casts her enemies into stone. She also makes winter last forever with no Christmas. The four children decide to help save Narnia from the evil witch. They get help from Aslan and other friends they have made, such as the beavers. There is more to this book than just a magic land, it represents the epic struggle between good and evil. It shows that good always wins over evil. It also semblelizes religous matters, where Aslan is God and the witch is evil, or if you believe in the devil you could see her play that role. This also represents how all creatures including humans are equal in God's eyes. It was a wonderful book in my opinion with quite a bit of action and meaning. I gave it a four star rating because even though it is a great book it is most definitely not the best CS Lewis has ever written.

Review: I gave The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis a definite 4 stars. This book has an extraordinary mix of action, adventure and fantasy.
In the beginning, a curious girl named Lucy finds herself in a wardrobe after playing an innocent game of hiding. She pushes through coats and finds herself inside the land of Narnia! Lucy meets friends while she is in Narnia and returns home. Her explanation of where whe has been was completely insane to her siblings, Peter, Susan, and Edmund. Little did we know that Edmund secretly went into Narnia and made friends with the White Witch (the White Witch has control of Narnia). Peter and Susan finally go into Narnia, meeting people in places that they have never seen before. With Lucy tagging along with Peter and Susan, they meet some beavers. These beavers tell myths and stories about Narnia. If you are wondering where Edmund has been all this time, he has been with the White Witch trying to catch his brother and sisters. Back to the beavers. The beavers inform Peter, Lucy, and Susan of a hero named Aslan. Aslan is their only hope of saving Narnia from the White Witch. Aslan, who is a lion, informs the beavers that there will be a secret meeting at the round table to see if the White Witch will be thrown from her powers. Can Aslan save Narnia, with the help of Peter, Susan and Lucy?

Review: I GIVE THIS BOOK 5 STARS BECAUSE IS AND INTERESTING BOOK WHICH IS EASY AND FUN TO READ. I RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE WHO LIKES TO READ NON FICTION BOOKS. SPEACIALLY TO THOSE KIDS WHO LOVE READING TRUST ME I DON'T LIKE READING NON FICTION BOOKS, BUT I LIKED THIS ONE VERY MUCH!

Summary: The Lion the Witch and The Wardrobe
Review: The title of the book that I'm recommending is, " The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe" by C.S. Lewis. This book is a good hard fantasy. There are so many surprises in the book that are wonderful and great! I thought the beginning was the best because it told how the characters got into Narania. The author was very creative.
The setting takes place in a made up land called Narnia, where it is always winter. The characters in Narnia are great! Most of them are made-up animals! Lewis describes everyone really well by explaining their feelings and their looks. He painted a picture in my head very clearly. There is also a White Witch that does bad things. She makes it winter all of the time and turns animals, people, and other things into stone! The 4 kids who accidentally go into Narnia, Peter, Lucy, Edmund, and Susan, are always trying to stop the White Witch. Something that is interesting about the writer is that he uses many tricky words. He also uses very unusual names. I really like that, because some are really funny!
I would relate this book to THE WIZARD OF OZ because there is a wicked witch in both of the stories and there are also made up characters. A type of person who would like this book is a person who dreams big and loves fantasies. This book is good for mostly 5th graders. I loved reading this book. It was so thrilling, and you never would have suspected how they get in to Narnia. I would rate this book with a 4\5 stars. I thought that the ending could be a little better. Read "THE LION THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE" to see if you agree with me. This book is awesome!

Review: I recently read the book the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. I really didn't like the book because one of the brothers messed it up. The author made the book too slow and boring except when you are watching the movie. Lucy cried too much. I really didn't like the characters because they were kind of lame and boring and they need more exciting stuff with the characters. The author needed more excitement in the story and gave more details about the story.
It's about these four kids finding a secret passage in a wardrobe. Lucy, her sister, and her two brothers go into another world where they experience it. The four kids stay with these two beavers and the beavers tell the four kids about the king of Narnia. He is also the king of beasts. The king of beasts and the four kids go into war with this evil witch who wants to rule the whole world. The whole story is about good conquering evil.
My opinion about the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is that I don't like it because of the four kids where whining. You might like the book because it has a lot of adventure and it's also a fairy tale. You might like it because it is funny in some places.
