Rating: Summary: The Last Champion of Earth Review: This volume is an enchanting and riveting account of the classic struggle between the flesh and the spirit, e.g. good and evil. The Last Champion is rife with symbolism that connects with today's world and the struggles we all face with our faith. The author takes the symbolism to new and intriguing heights, its a must for any science fiction fan with any connection to the Spirit. In short, a creative person's account of the mystery of the Trinity. Nice show, DT! HBH
Rating: Summary: Mr. Mackey's review of the Last Champion of Earth Review: This was my first attempt at Sci-fi. Within the first 50 pages I was ready to put this down and forget it. However, after talking to a co-worker who had read this book I decided to continue and am very glad I did. Don has a way of putting you right in the middle of things -- and I wanted out! The world as described in the year 2174 is not a place I want to be, and found myself not wanting to put this book down so, I could get out! God help us if this is what our world is destined for! I have recommended this book and will continue to do so. Don has made me a Sci-fi reader (I think) a place I never thought I'd go. Congratulations Don on a wonderful book.

Rating: Summary: Reader in Cleveland Review: Very good read. I don't tout myself as a science fiction reader. There are only a few things that identify this book with science fiction. There is space travel and some futuristic type equipment that may or may not become true in the future. It's science fiction, but it doesn't seem that far out. Actually some parts of our world practice some of these far out rituals and habits. The characters in the book are very interesting and the book keeps moving along. You don't feel like putting it down once you've started. It is a story of good vs. evil in a way you might not have thought about good and evel before. The only draw back is there is quite a few graphic details, so if you are week at your stomach leave this one alone. Bottom line, I feel it's a must read for the masses. It will provoke discussion from all aspects, not the least of which will be a philosophical understanding and meaning to our lives.
Rating: Summary: Thoughtful and provoking Review: You'll find this book to be a well written thought provoking blend of science fiction and morality/religion. He depicts a society living in peace, without rules and void of morals that must come to terms with the choices made. Great read!
