Summary: The Beginning
Review: This is one of the better Star Wars books on the market. The detial into Hans personal life brings ALL his adventures into a new perspective. A.C. Crispin has really out done himself in writing this book. A wonderful author and a tribute to the other authors who write Star Wars novels and comic books.

Summary: Star Wars -Han Solo Trilogy, The Paradise Snare- (Seafire12)
Review: This was an excellent book. One of the best I have ever read. It go's into great detail without getting boring. You can feel Han's relationship with people. The descriptions make you feel like your there. Unlike most trilogys there were three books written with purpose. It actually took three books to tell the whole story. This is a wonderfully well written book and after reading this one you wont be able to wait for The Hutt Gambit.

Summary: A Must Buy
Review: I give this book a perfect 5 stars. I don't give many books 5 stars either. This book is a perfect start to the Han Solo Trilogy, this is the best book I've ever read in my life. It has a great storyline and an absolutely amazing and surprising ending.

Summary: I was completely engrossed in it!
Review: This book will always be stuck in my mind. I know it did have some action scenes in it, but what I was intrigued by was the emotion- both displayed by Han and Bria, and their tenderness and love for each other. I almost cried when Bria left Han because of his disturbingly sad and destructive reaction. I was also moved by Bria's addiction to being exhaulted- it was facinating. I almost cried before that when Dewlanna died. I felt for Han (again) because that was his only connection to his family! Dewlanna knew a little about his heritage and she even told Han that his last name was Solo! (how could he have got by without that? ) She also offered him guideance, posing somewhat as his mother. It was quite a touching moment when she passed away. But switching to the bright side of things! I loved the part where Han and Bria went to the beach, and Bria taught him how to swim, and the part when Han smuggled everyone off of Ylesia! I loved this book, and I encourage everyone to read it. I haven't read any of the other Han Solo trilogy books, but I can't wait!

Summary: This was a great book
Review: A.C. Crispin did a wonderful job of creating a trilogy based on bits and pieces mentioned in the movies and other books. I liked the characters and settings she created. This was a great book that I have read over and over again

Summary: Han solo still provides excitement
Review: After reading book one of this triology i can't remember being so excited to read the next 2. This book provides us with insight of the life of han solo before star wars a new hope. I can honestly say that i enjoyed this book more then the Timothy Zahn series. A.C. Crispin does a wonderful job in showing how devoted the people are to their "religion". Also he does a great job in developing the realtionship between Han and Brain Thraen. When Han loses Dewlanna in the beginning of the book you could actually feel his pain. His descriptions of courscant and Ylesia were so good that I did not feel like i was reading, but rather I was watching Han from the backround. All together a great book and a must read for any star wars fan.

Summary: Author did a great job - I was up all night
Review: I am so glad I read this book (and the rest of the Han Solo Trilogy) after reading the disappointing Phantom Menance and the awful Vector Prime. It was amazing how the author took the small bits and pieces of Han's life and wove it into this story. I liked the cameo apperances of people that would later influence his decisions. The pseudo-religious scam was quite sadly realistic. Han's ingenuity was quite evident. I started the book and it immediately captured my imagination and I had to read it to the finish. A great read and it was so vivid I felt like I was off stage watching the entire story unfold. The book felt like coming back home to the initial Star Wars universe and the author played it beautifully. Way to go. The ending was the perfect backdrop for the following novel. It was great and like I said I was up all night because I couldn't put it down. Not many books like that.

Summary: Action packed!
Review: Even though Han is not my favorite character in the Star Wars universe, I found this book to be very well written and totally engrossing. A.C. Crispin has done an excellent job in fleshing out the character and telling the story of the most roguish hero of the Rebellion. In addition, David Pittu did a superb job in narrating the story; love his Han voice and the way he does the Hutts!

Summary: A GREAT BOOK!
Review: This is a very exiting book. It starts out when Han Solo isjust a boy out on the streets without anyone to care for him. I don'twant to ruin this action packed book, so I'll let you read it and you'll see that this is an awesome book! END

After I read the Paradise Snare I knew I had to read the others. The Han Solo trilogy is the best trilogy I have ever read.
