Summary: Pratchett's best yet!!
Review: This is by far my favorite Discworld book. It has a perfect mix of homur and suspence(kinda). Whether your a fan of him or not, read this book!! You won't stop reding or laughing, and if you do there's something wrong with you!

Summary: Excellent
Review: The Discworld equivalent of Father Christmas gets kidnapped... Guess who fills in for the job to safe the world? DEATH. Ho ho ho!

I loved this book not only because I'm a big fan of Death's, but because it has a very mythical touch to it towards the end - which I consider one of the most touching story endings I've ever read.

Summary: This book is the best Discworld book ever!!!!!
Review: I would give it a thousand stars if I could. Terry Pratchett is a genius. I love the way he deals with the concept of how old legends become the dreams of children of today. I give him my deepest thanx for writing his novels and I pray there are better one's to come.

Summary: Darker and Darker
Review: Discworld is always great, and this is no exception. However, Pratchett seems to be getting more and more into the whole satire edge of Discworld, which was a little less evident in the first novel or three in the series. In this book especially, I laughed sometimes, but I also got the creeps several times. Pratchett is an incredible writer. A really good Discworld book but I wouldn't start out reading the series with this one.

Summary: Terriffic!!!
Review: I'm a huge fan of Pratchett's, and this is one of his best, which is saying a great deal. As usual, it's hilarious, with genuine, nasty, cutting observations about our Christmas holidays; and, as usual Pratchett writes with a great heart. But, as a "Christmas author" myself, he's really nailed it--not only all the silliness associated with the way we celebrate the holiday; but also a very deep and moving meditation about what the holiday REALLY is and what it REALLY means. This is the story "Nightmare Before Christmas" should have been.

Summary: Great story, ghastly cover!
Review: One of Pratchett's "great" stories! But if you're a true Pratchett nut, go over to amazon.co.uk and get the Brit cover instead. Much cooler. :-)

Summary: Fiction at it's best!
Review: Terry Pratchett is one of the best authors i've read, and it shows in Hogfather. Engaging, funny, and varied(like all Discworld books) it brings the average reader a sense of genius, put across passively, without you even knowing it. Pratchett is pure genius, and Hogfather is a prime example of his style.

Summary: Fantastic
Review: A great book, Hogfather ranks with the BEST

Summary: Best Discworld book yet!!!!!!!!!
Review: I've been readin Discworld novels for several years and have read all of them except for the new title that's currently available over in England. Out of all of them, I would have to say that Hogfather is, without a doubt, the best yet. I was enchanted with Death in this book (and in others) and I felt that giving the Grim Reaper a chance to work on his HO HO HO was a beautiful thing. I also liked the underlying theme of the book... How can someone disbelieve in the face of so much evidence (rooftops, the mall, kid sightings, ect.) I'm not going to go on and on about it, but it is cool.

If you need to laugh, need to think, read this book. You won't be disappointed.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Humourous 'till the end
Review: Humourous situation, humourous HOGFATHER Nice comments Don't miss this one, it's one of the best novels from the Discworld series, if not the best. Read this one, and you want to read the others too (if you have not read them yet).
