Summary: Great job!
Review: This is my second time reading this series, and I am enjoying it as much as I did the first time. Sometimes it gets a little tough to continue but I would recommend this book to anyone!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: high prince, sunrunner, and sorceror...
Review: this is probably the best fantasy i have ever read. the characters are deep and emotional, and while some say pol was too "good," what about what he did to the merida? and his own wife, meiglan? poor kazander... without him, the dragon star trilogy would have definately lacked... humor. we all knew what happened with andry was inevitable... although, within all the dragon books he appeared in, you love him and hate him at seperate times... for instance, what he thought about chayla's "decision" at one point, and then what he did to make up for it at the end was so... honorable. one word of advice, you HAVE to read the Dragon Prince trilogy before you read the Dragon Star trilogy... and read them in order! they won't make ANY sense at all otherwise. i still miss rohan....

Summary: the best most heartfelt and entertaining books I'v ever read
Review: to me this is one of the best set of books that I have ever read. reading the book I'v grown to know and care about the characters like they were some of my best friends. i was sad that this was the last book about the world of sunrunners, dragons, sorecers, and princes. there is not one thing about this book that i didnt like. if it was a movie it would be like TITANIC, one of those movies that makes you happy, mad, sad and feel like you are one of the characters. but there is one thing i must caution you about: you MUST read the first series entitled DRAGON PRINCE. if you dont then your missing out on a VERY good series. it was one of those books that made you want to never put it down, read it to the very end and start all over again. Rawn made this book very beliveable. everything from the magic to the heartfelt and sad deathscenes. one of my favorate books around if not THE favorate. when you get done with the books email me and tell me your favorate parts of the books.

Summary: I was planning to give it 5 stars but....
Review: unfortunately Melanie let my fav character, Kazander, die. Too bad! He was hilarious. My girlfriend almost cried when she found out that Rislyn was blind and the tears came when Rislyn got a dragon. A great ending from a great serie. Eat your heart out Robert Jordan! Too bad though from Kazander....

Summary: well....
Review: well, these books were a little hard getting into...the first book i thought the characters were all kinda shallow and the plot kinda thin--not to mention how obvious it was that these books were done by a female author--but by the second book (nearly midway through) i realized that the characteres were actually very complex, so maybe it just slipped by me to begin with...also, ive read other reviews that have commented on the the vellantim being so dull, and i understand the importance of having the 'bad guys' bein someone you can understand, but i really dont think that they are the 'bad guys.' the conflicts are for the most part internal with the major external being between pol and andry. so, with that said, ill go on with my own personal ravings about what ruined this whole book for me and just about made me not finish it--KAZANDER DIES!! thats the most depressing part...along with all the other favorites that die..but he was my personal favorite....so there's my review

Summary: Azhrei lives
Review: When I first read the two book series by Melanie Rawn, the Dragon prince and Dragon Token series, about three years ago, I imeadiatly rushed to write a review inorder in order to prehapes in courage others to read this book. And as I mature in age I find myself looking back on what I wrote, and I couldn't have been more right. Although overly excited as i wrote the review, I know that it convayed my true feeling. This book is still one of the best book series in the fantasy genre. Its intrepid plot and twists will leave you yerning for more. Not only will you see an examle of great Character development, Plot construction and Realism in a created world, but you will see the essence of true living people with in the characters. And in life you will seek out the Sioned's and Rohan's and Pol's in life, but you may begin to see yourself as them and grow with them as the book progresses. Feel anger when they feel anger, feel sarrow when they feel sarrow, feel joy as they feel joy, and most of all see the colors as they sunnrun. The syntilating book embodies tradition, politics, arts, magic, romance, action, and desire in blatent aspects as well as symbolism.

If there is one book series I would recomend you read in your life time this is it. It will change your perspective of life. but to the week of heart and mind beware, fore this book will capture you up and stimulate your mind and emotions to an extent that is undiscribable, to not understand it is a punishment alone to the week of mind and to the week of heart the books will take control of your feelings, so as I leave this I say read ondo not leave the books at deaths or destruction because there is always a silver lining to every dark cloud. And once and again in Eternaty AZHREI FOREVER

Summary: Sunrunner for life
Review: Whoa. and I mean whoa. I must say that Sybowl (een though I'm not quite done with it yet) and the whole Dragon Prince series was probably the greatest collection of books i've ever read. I was hooked from the very beginning from the way it was written. Melanie Rawn puts such grace and skill into her writing, that i know that it's gonna be real sad when it's all over. My only regret in finishing the series is that Melanie Rawn hasn't made books continuing the series. It would be real great though if she did. I especially loved the sunrunners ( and Sioned, Pol etc.) She makes them seem so cool. I can't really describe it.
