Summary: Is it the end of Great Kingdom?
Review: I love the humor, imagination and hope in all of Vilmos's and Adrina's adventures! I found myself totally immersed with each turn of the page-Stanek is a very creative and talented writer. This book is a little more intense than the first but I enjoyed the twisting plot up to the ending. One of the aspects I like most about the Kingdoms & the Elves books is how refreshing it is to read about Vilmos's genuine good spirit towards others he comes into contact with. I read this one in a couple of days, you should read it too! It's funny, scary, thrilling, and you can never put it down!

Summary: Such an excellent book for anyone who likes fiction
Review: I read 'The Kingdoms and the Elves' by Robert Stanek. A young boy named Vilmos finds out later in life that he has special powers. He also finds out about his dark past. Then he realizes he is in grave danger and must flee his home. Vilmos isn't alone something is happening to Adrina too in Great Kingdom. Then the elves Galan and Seth have to leave their home too. Something strange is happening. Xith isn't even sure if Vilmos will make it, and Xith is a powerful wizard. Vilmos isn't even sure what to do, he doesn't even know for sure what he will do to escape. I rate this book five stars because this book included a lot of detail in every chapter. Also, once you start reading you can't stop.

Summary: It was so good
Review: I read Kingdoms and the Elves of the Reaches out of curiosity, thinking it was just a children's book. I was wrong, I found it to be entertaining, imaginative and totally absorbing. I couldn't put it down. I enjoyed the characters and the plot line. I highly recommend it for adults and children. So many amazing twists it was incredible that's why its gets 5 stars!

Summary: Better than the first and way more than 5 stars
Review: I read many books from Harry Potter to Artemis Fowl, the only books I have read twice is Robert Stanek's Kingdoms and Elves. The first book creates the world for you, the second book sweeps you away. I found loved the detail, it was just right.

I am totally in love with Emel and I think Adrina is like a best friend I know here so well. I can completely relate to her as she has a lot of qualities that I have. Plus she speaks her mind. Vilmos made the book more fun though because he's always getting himself into a jam. He is always upbeat about it, I wish I knew more people like him.

Summary: Star Wars with Elves!!!!!
Review: I read reviews that call this the Star Wars of fantasy. I say NOT so. This is STAR WARS WITH ELVES and this book proves it. it is the most awesome action packed book I've read EVER. I got the book 1 and book 2 for my birth day. Stanek has created a world where fantastic creatures are everywhere and theirs a lot to hold your attention. I cared about the characters right from the start. I highly suggest this book and I can't wait to get the next book!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Better than the first book. More fun, more action, more magi
Review: I read The Kingdom and the Elves series to see if it was a good read for my students. I'll admit that I didn't get hooked until the second book. This specific one is most definitely a good read and the third is even better.

Summary: Kingdoms and elves strikes again!
Review: I really liked the first book, but what was lacking in it is made up in the second volume. I usually don't read books for younger people, but this is most certainly written for anyone who enjoys books and reading. I was very happily surprised. I would recomend this to anyone, no matter how old they are. I don't think most adults would read it simply because they see a ten year old with it, but you don't have to be ten to appreciate a great work of liturature. I would go so far to say that a ten year old would not even understand this in it's entirety. It is a wonderfully written story of adventure and surprise (especially surprise!!) and can hold it's own against any book out there for teen and adults.

Summary: great!
Review: i started this and couldnt put it down, id keep telling my self 'this is the last chapter, read more tomorrow' wishful thinking! i couldnt stop and the funny thing is, i dont like to read!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: #2 is better than #1
Review: I think that it is outstanding fantasy novel that everyone should atleast try and read. It keeps you on your toes. You always want to know what happens next. You sometimes get wowed! It can be so dramatic, fun and moving. I don't ready many books more than once. This book, however, and the entire series I not only read over once, I read it three! Stanek's characters are so real. The characters drive the story and makeup for some quirks. The setting is full of wonder and as the devil is in the details, so it is here. The descriptions are just long enough as to be perfect.
