Summary: Great Star Wars book!
Review: This Star Wars book is one of the better I have ever read. It is a great second novel to the wonderful book Paradise Snare! I have always been interested in the characterization aspect of Star Wars, and this book depicts the overwelming characteristics of all of the main people. For example you know it's Lando Calrissian before they actually state his name when he says,"What have we here." This is a great Star Wars book for all Star Wars fan.

Summary: A GREAT BOOK !!! Now I know how all this started ...

Review: COULDN'T STOP READING !!! A.C. CRISPIN did a great job. After reading THE HUTT GAMBIT you know how all those people met. It's even greater with the background knowledge of the movies and all the other SW books. Hope to get REBEL DAWN (Vol. 3) soon. MAYBE THE LAST LINES IN "REBEL DAWN" WILL BE : ... but right now I got other things to do, Chewie and I were just hired up to transport some people to Alderan. Looks like easy money ...

May the force be with you ... always

Summary: A lot of fun!
Review: This book really captured my attention along with the Paradise Snare. I like A.C. Crispin's writing. I can't wait until Rebel Dawn!

Summary: It was awesome
Review: The Hutt Gambit was an awesome book. The only bad thing was that between The Paradise Snare and the Hutt Gambit there is a big gap. It is one of the best Star wars books I've read. Use the force, two thumbs up.

Summary: I think it was the best of the Han Solo trilogy
Review: I thought the book was the best because at the end Han Solo had done what I thought he would have done Helped his friends to give the Empire a reason to fear smugglers. Although I would have thought that Han Solo would have got the Millenium Falcon in that book I was disapointed I love that ship. I also would like to now when Rebel Dawn is coming out and if it is out now I would like to order it. I would you to tell me what happened to Landos robot he does not have him in the movies.Bye-bye.

Summary: The Best
Review: This book is as Acton packed as the first. It has a great plot and keeps you wondering what will happen next. The Hutt Gambit is worthy of the tittle STAR WARS.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The Best I Can't Wait For More!
Review: The Hutt Gambit was excellent. I read both Paradise Snare and Hutt Gambit before seeing the re-released movies and I tell you, it really made more sense to me as far as Han and Chewie are concerned. It put a lot of depth into the original story of Star Wars for me and brought the characters out more fully. I am egerly waiting for the third book. Could you write more about Han Solo? Most of the other books with that caracter are just fillers to me.

Summary: Long Live the Hutts!
Review: Well, although I haven't read The Paradise Snare, which I really really should have, this book was fantastic! Its wonderful to see how Han met people like Lando Calrissian and Salla Zend etc. Also, I absoloutely loved the background on the Hutts and even seeing Durga (if you liked him read Darksaber)again was great. This book was the top of the line. Only Zahn's exellent trilogy was better.

Summary: THE GAP-FILLER!
Review: FOR THOSE WHO JUST GOT STARTED IN STARWARS, THIS BOOK FILLS IN ALOT OF THE GAPS ABOUT ONE OF THE MOST INTERESTING DENIZENS; SMUGGLER-EXTRAORDINAIRE, HAN SOLO! IT TAKES A STEP BACK TO REVEIL HIS STORY. FROM WHEN HE WAS BOOTED OUT OF THE ACADAMY TO HIS WILY BEGIN AS A SMUGGLER FOR THE HUTTS. AN INSIGHTFUL AND INFORMATIVE BOOK ABOUT ONE OF THE MOST COLORFUL CHARACTERS IN THE LUCAS UNIVERSE!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: An EXCELLENT page-turner
Review: Let's face it, Crispin knows how to write an SW book. The only times I put it down was when I was forced to do something else, and then it was only down for 10 min., tops.
