Summary: This is some good stuff!!!
Review: Geez you just gotta love these books. You can't just help laughing at all the jokes. I have read them over and over again and always seen something I have missed before. This series is right up there with Jordan and Brooks and Tolkein. Highly Recomended!!

Summary: utter crap
Review: personally i wouldn't even give this tripe one star - but that was the lowest rating allowed. no depth to the characters, in fact the whole series was eerily reminiscent of a game of D&D. The only saving grace was that the authors didn't tell us exactly what numbers came up on the dice as they were writing this book...your money is better spent on Tolkien, or Feist, or even Pratchett.....

Summary: Nothing is Better than This!
Review: If it wasn't for these books, I would not like reading today. So read them and weep, nothing is better than these books, even better than...sleeping.

Summary: Some of the best books EVER written!!!!
Review: The Dragonlance Chronicles truly were some of the best books ever written. I was hooked on to them ever since Tanis said those fabled lines "lets leave out the kitchen." The Chronicles are deep and action packed. I would even compare it to Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. Either way these books and all the others in the dragonlance chronicles are a must read for all Fantasy fans!!

Summary: The best series of books that I have ever read.
Review: This series of books is the best series that I have ever read. It might sound really sad, but I have read this set of books atleast 10 times over the last 11 years. They are classics, such as will probably never be written again. So much depth and though has gone into such a brilliant set of characters. Read it you must as it is even better than Tolkien or Fiest. Read this series and the Legends set. Read Read Read.

Summary: One Of The Greatest Fantasy Trilogy's EVER WRITTEN!!!
Review: The Dragonlance Chronicles are some of the best fantasy books ever written, although this may be a sin to some people I think it may actually be better than J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings! Its full of everything from romance to bloody battles. Over all its a great series of books and so are all the other Dragonlance books!

Summary: Best Fantasy Novels since Lord of The Rings
Review: Wow! These three novels have it all; Action, Death, Romance, Magic, Suspence, and more. The authors write it in such a descriptive way that you feel you were there. It's a classical fairy tale, with some adult twist. After you read this, you'll be left crying for more!

Summary: Oh, yes...
Review: This is good...very good...great...oh, what, the hell, it's one of the best works of epic fantasy I've ever read. Yes, most TSR shared world novels are quite appalling, but the DL ones by Weis and Hickman are the exception to that rule. Gotta tell ya, I like these books much more than I ever liked Tolkien, Brooks, Feist, Jordan, Williams--all these popular epic fantasy people. I suppose some people think of this comment as somehow blasphemous, and indeed the idea that a world created as a product line could produce something this great is totally counterintuitive. However, the proof is in the pudding, as we might say if we lived a century or so ago, and all you have to do is read this to realize how great it is. The writing may not be quite as refined as Weis and Hickman's later works, but the raw talent displayed here is undeniable. The problem with most epic fantasy authors is that they tend to concentrate on showing you whatever doubtless-fascinating world, while leaving character development out in the cold. The fact that Weis and Hickman do not do this (or at least haven't at their best--I'd avoid that Starshield thing if I were you), and it's why I love them while hating most epic fantasy. Most of the characters here are quite vivid; Tasslehoff may not have a massive amount of depth, and its a shame that Goldmoon and Riverwind aren't examined in greater detail after the first book, but I'm nitpicking here--there's much less to complain about here than in the works of most epic fantasists. Oh, and let's not forget Michael Williams's wonderful poetry. Goldmoon's Song; Kitiara, of All the Days; How Quiet is the Midnight--this is really emotional stuff, and it simply enhances the individual books, which are pretty great on their own. All in all, I'd say Weis and Hickman are the most significant epic fantasists since Leiber and Moorcock. Must-read.

Summary: A real Must for Fantasy-Readers!
Review: A really good book! It will bind you to your best-loved reading chair and demands to finish it soon. The plot is dense, there is a lot to discover, mysteries worth to puzzle about till they finally are solved. The characters mirror in some way reality , of course in a fantastic way, you will really like them, especially as roleplaying-gamer. You will feel deeply sad about missing one of them and long for more information about this really complex, fascinating fantasy-world. of course, it's not lord of the rings, but it's a lot more than copying tolkien's idea. take for example the construction of religion here, you will find out, how you can seriously live with passion being evil and the strange idea that thieves are good. it sounds strange in the first, but it really makes sense in this world - only one of the marvels of this perfectly constructed world.
