Summary: Makes You Want To Read Again
Review: This was my first Dragonlance book that inspired me to read even more. This book to any newcomer of dragonlance will get you hooked on the name Dragonlance and make you want to read more. It is a story about a group of friends who were to meet on a day scheduled years ago. As they go to the meeting place, they meet two strangers. The strangers catapult the friends onto their adventure. The adventure unfolds nicely, introducing you to humans, elves, dwarves, ogres, the freindly race of kender, and much more. There's a lot of spells and action to go around.

Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman have done it again, time after time.

Summary: Good,but sketchy.
Review: I was extremely dissapointed by the first book in this series. It had WAY too much action. But Winter Night and Spring Dawning were interesting ,exciting but not too exciting ,and really great .Fantasy creatures from A toZ ,great characters(my favorite being Flint Fireforge)and a good plot.I have to admit that it got extremely sketchy at some points.Like the dream ,that was very random and uncalled for.

Summary: The most valued book in my collection.
Review: This book is definatly the one book I treasure most in my ever growing collection of books. I actually own at least five different copies of the trilogy, from the three in one paperback version that has been read so many times that it's falling apart, the three seperate paperback books, the Anotated Cronicles-hardback, to one of the origional three in one hardback collectors editions printed back in the 80's. I actually read this book the first time back in 1990, and I've read it literally hundres of times since. And although I read as many other books I can get my hands on, I still find myself gravitating back to the books that started it all. Thank you Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman for giving me such an everlasting gift that I cherish so much.

Summary: Superb!
Review: Dragon Lance captivated my heart and brought me to enjoy the world of fantasy more than I could ever imagine. The charecters are memorable, deep, and full of suprises. The plot shares similar elements... this series is one of the longest running I've ever seen, and it'll surely keep the pages turning until the end.

Summary: This is a 5 star series?
Review: I really don't understand what people see in the Dragonlance Chronicles. Very weak story, boring characters AND poorly written. Yes, this is truly a classic of the genre.

If you're over the age of 7, you may want to pass on this one.

Summary: Loving to read again !!!
Review: For many years I was always reading a book, generally at least one a week sometimes a couple. I loved various kinds of books mostly science fiction and fantasy but read most anything. But for some reason about 7 years ago I got out of the habit, never could find the time.

Last fall I decided that I would like to get lost in a good book and mentioned to a friend that I would like to start reading again but just couldn't find anything that appealed to me. My friend told me that these books started him on a road to many hours of enjoyment in a wonderful fantasy world.

I recall shrugging ' but he smiled and handed me his well-worn paperback copies of these three books. It took me awhile to find the time to get started but one day I shut the door of my office for lunch and just began that first book. It wasn't long before I fell in love with the characters and world of Krynn.

It is now about 6 months later, I am on my 8th book and have the next 12 waiting to start.

They are wonderful books whether you are in your teens, twenties, thirties, forties or dare I say it... even older...

Summary: It IS the best fantasy book (books) ever
Review: If you are into the whole midevil, fantasy, swords and dragons and such... Dragonlance Chronicles is a MUST READ.

Summary: Escape the cares of the world...
Review: This book holds a special place with me. It was one of the first books that I read where I wasn't being forced to do a book report. The best thing about this series is that it tells a great story. This is something that I like to go back and read every few years to bring the memories back the memories of what it was like to be a kid when your imagination could run wild. This is always the #1 fantasy series that I recommend to people who are interested in the genre. Long live Krynn...
