Review: It's been years that I've played in the mystical world of D&D adventuring game, and I never seen a more vivid colorful story sequal then the DragonLance series. Great detailed charecters, superb landscape casting, and an awesome story line which brought me with the begining of the Lance heroes trilogy, to the legends, prelouds, meetings, and tales. If your'e into heart taking fantasy stories this is the series for you, don't miss, The DragonLance series. The only shame is that we don't see this adventure staring on the big screen (YET!!)

Review: This is a classic in the genre of Fantasy. I would rank the Chronicles series up there with the likes of Tolkien. It has everything that one looks for, adventure, romance, action, an evil juggernaut and the defiant, heroic individuals that resist. With superb characters and a interesting and well developed storyline Dragonlance Chronicles is a must read for Fantasy fans.

Summary: The best fantasy series I have ever read
Review: DragonLance Chronicles was fabulous. One of the reasons I liked it was that all of the characters are so unique and real. Another reason I liked it was that It wasn't just another hack-and-slash book. It had some real depth. And the last thing, I liked it because you don't know what's going to happen in the end. Just when you think you have figured it out, it comes up with another surprise. I'm definitely glad that there are so many more DragonLance books to look forward to!

Summary: Great book, but hardly a classic
Review: Hickman and Weis write a highly entertaining and exciting fantasy series, but they're works can hardly be compared to those of tolkein. While the excitement is nearly non-stop, most of the characters are poorly characterized with the exception of Raistlin. I have read it two or three times and greatly enjoy it, but the lack of depth makes it stop short of approaching the level of a classic. If you want to read a contemporary author who writes classic level books, try Robert Jordan and the Wheel of Time series.

Summary: The Best Dragon Lance books ever
Review: This is a story of a group of mismatched companions who have to band together to save the world. I have read read over two dozen of the Dragon Lance stories and these by far blow all the rest of them away. It's a great mixture of funny character's (Tas), magical (Raistlin), strong (Caramon) and so many more. You must read this you'll love it.

Review: The Dragonlance saga, the Chronicles being the best, is the most immersing series of books you'll ever read. Beware, I started with the chronicles and didn't stop until I had around 45 books. Simply the best fantasy series ever.
