CALIBAN COVE: RESIDENT EVIL #2

Summary: This book was a worthy successor to Umbrella Conspiracy.
Review: This book is pretty good for an original RE novel, and it has a lot to live up to. Umbrella Conspiracy was one of the best books I have ever read, and a month later I got this one. It isn't quite as good as the first novel, and about 100 pages go by before any real zombie-busting goes on (the fight with the Umbrella troops is cool, though), but still, it is good enough to buy and a decent novel for big RE fans... I can't wait for the novelization of RE2!

Summary: She keeps going and going and going........
Review: This book, as was its predicessor, was fantastic. I was hooked from page one. True, there is a lack of the classic Resident Evil cannibal zombie, but that's okay. Stephani Perry just traded those for a completely insane biological genius. I found the idea of the trained zombies intriuging, for I saw that in George Romero's Day of the Dead. I liked the fact that Rebecca turned from a little girl to a woman. I thought that the new S.T.A.R.S team that was used was pretty good. All and all, it's a great book.

Review: This follow up to the first was great. It wasn't as gorey as it was a mystery, but it kept me on the edge of my seat. The story takes so many winding curves that you never ever know what is going to happen. It is a major must buy on my list. It took me two days to finish it. If you want a scare, buy this book. Well, just buy it anyway.

Summary: A Fearfully Frighten good book
Review: It is a fun and exciting read. More intrigue than gore, but still a roller-coaster ride of a book and once it starts down hill it doesn't stop into a spine-tingling, nail-biting, heart-pounding finale. It helps to shine some light on some of the mysteries of the Resident Evil universe. It allows you to learn more about some of the characters. I loved this book. Another job well done by S.D. Perry...can't wait for the next two...if you don't yet have it...get it...

Summary: GREAT FOLLOW-UP TO THE FIRST
Review: Even though i have enjoyed Caliban Cove, i was dissapointed by the lack of killings and descriptions in the story.Its has a great follow-up to the first book, (The Umbrella Conspiracy), what happened in the following weeks, yet it lacks the same great detail and descriptive work as in the first. It has a great plot and story but not so good detail,its funnier this time with a little more sex jokes and has more of the "SH*T" word. It is a definite buy to Resident Evil Lovers.

Review: In between the 1st and 2nd Resident Evil games are many untold events, and yet S.D. Perry bridges those events with a great plot about zombies with guns and a madman in a secret lab! This explains how the S.T.A.R.S. get Europe and in Umbrella HQ. Once again, S.D. Perry really captures the mood.

Review: S.D. Perry did a wonderful job writing the first all original story about this top selling game... We get immersed in the story as we follow Chambers and a whole new S.T.A.R.S unit into another adventure. I personally can't wait for books 3 and 4... Itchy...Tasty...
