Summary: Truly a Fantastic Book!
Review: When I first bought this book, I didn't know what to expect.I thought it would be silly and have no point. That's not what kind of book this is. It spends alot of time with detail but it doesn't bore you with it. I'd have to say it was a awesome book! a must-buy!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Read this, then play Doom.
Review: If you read this, then play Doom, you will see it alot differently. You will recognize certain locations from the book, and you will know different names for some of the bad guys. This book has plenty of action in it, and gives Doom more of a storyline then the game.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Had me waiting impatiently for the sequels
Review: What I was hoping to get when I bought this book was something new and fresh that would capture my imagination . This book blew my mind away.Five stars to the authors

Summary: Great action-packed and funny lecture!
Review: This is a really cool step beyond the game. If you played DOOM you WILL enjoy this book because it's more than just having the levels described...

Hint: Read on the other 3!

Summary: A great book!!!
Review: This book is just as good as the game. Good plot and lots of action. Simply a great book.

Summary: The best book ever! I have read it nine times!
Review: The action parts were so good I could not put it down! I have never read a better book. They told the plot in just a couple pages so it did not get boring. But that was what I liked about it. It told the story clearly but they did not write a hundred pages just to tell why the monsters were there. Hell on Earth was the second best book. The other two sucked so bad. Read the first two they were great!

Summary: Suprisingly good!
Review: A very good book, with an involving plot (difficult to do, considering where the idea first came from), that grips you from start to...where Fly finds Arlene...about halfway through...from there it kind of slows, but still is good. The best of all the Doom novels, with Endgame being second. This one is closest to the game, without throwing in a lot of weird stuff that mucks with the action. This book does a good job of expressing the characters, and couldn't be much batter than it is now.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Easy to read, and all around it was a good book.
Review: The book is roughly based upon the video game, and gives you a greater insight into the world of DOOM. It is easier to read than most, so if you want a good book to read in a short time, this is the books for you.<Does this sound like Reading Rainbow?>

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great novel and the game should have been based on the book!
Review: This is one of the greatest most original books ever! With unsuspected turns you never no whats going to happen. Its a masterpiece

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great book!
Review: I thought this book was a true pleasure to read. I've read and reread this one, and as numerous other reviews on it have said, it turned the horrid plot of the game into an excellent, enjoyable book. And to anyone thinking it is too gruesome, yes it is gruesome, but there is more to the plot than simple gore, and the way it was written conveys perfectly the way the characters no doubt think, which for me, is how I think as well. I recommend it to anyone, whether they have played the game or not.
