Summary: Amazing!
Review: This book is amazing! If you did not understand the video game or if you just want to learn more about this very exciting story you must get this magnificent book! It captures the scarieness effectof the game and the mystery aspect as well. Also, the characterzation is fabulus! It shows different prespective of each character such as Chris,Jill,Barry,Wesker,Rebbeca, and even Brad. It also gives background on the other characters such as Joseph and all of the bravos! It is my favorite book ever,as well as the other RE books A must for Resident Evil Fans!

Summary: A Perfect Novel Of One Of The Scariest Games Ever
Review: I've been a serious Resident Evil fan since I got Resident Evil: Director's Cut on Playstation. The feeling of being in some kind of great scary movie was more than I could ever imagine in a video game. As the series progressed, I fell more and more into this amazing game. Once I heard that there were books out based on Resident Evil, I had to read them. Once I finished book one, I knew I had to read the whole series. This book brought out every bit of fear that the game brought out of you. It's one of those books that you want to read all the way through, but don't want it to end. This is sure entertainment for any true horror fan!

Summary: So good you'll want to buy another copy as a backup!
Review: Im 15 and an avid player of the Resident Evil games. I own all the Resident Evil novels that were based on actual games. I have read each of the Original novels by Perry but lost them. I have read this specific book over 10 times, so much so that I had to buy another one becuase I read the first one to tatters. Wile I like the 3rd novel the best this is an amazing book. You feel like you are really there inside the Spencer Mansion staring at the rotting flesh of a zombie about to attack you. This is a book that is a VERY fast read but it is worth the money becuase you will read it over and over. Get all the novels, expecially City of the Dead, and I myself will be waiting for the next novel based on Code Veronica...that'll be a great one!

Summary: GET THIS BOOK!!! If you havn't played the game
Review: The reason I got this book is so I could find out how the Bravo team was destroyed and who survive, So I got the book since I didn't play the game. Still When reading this and some other game reviews I found out it was very simular to the game. So I suggest only getting this book if you havn't played the game.

Summary: ok, now i've finished the book
Review: Well i finished it in 10.5 hours time, from when i got it at 11:30. And wow am i ever impressed. I almost wished i had'nt finished it so soon because it was good enough to read over and over again. I bought the next two books today. I recomend this book to all resident evil fans out there, and encourage them to buy the next ones to.

Summary: Very Good
Review: I thought this book was extremely good. It was almost exactly like the game. It even had the crew from the game including Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Albert Wesker, Barry Burton and all the others. I just read this book a couple of months ago and I just started reading it for the second time. Its the only book I ever wanted to read more than once. As an avid Resident Evil fan, I suggest buying this book.

Summary: it was OK...
Review: Well, all I can say is it was like reading about someone else playing a computer game. There was some cool action parts, especially at the beginning, but after that it went downhill. The end was very dissapointing, because of its total lack of originality. If you have a lot of spare time, then go ahead and read this book, but otherwise, there must be better ones out there, no matter what your interest.

Summary: A Must Read for R.E. Fans
Review: This book is an almost exact replica of the first game. Except, in this book specific characterization is used to introduce the characters and enemies. This is the first great work by Perry.

Summary: Ameteur writer!
Review: I've read all of the Resident novels by S.D. Perry and I think they are more funny then horrifying. The silly lines Perry has her characters reciting had me rolling on the floor in mock hummor. I don't think Perry is a good writer and I don't think she will go far as a matter of fact I'm dissapointed in Capcom for allowing Perry to have the privliage of writting a Resident Evil novel.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Interesting Replication
Review: This book is an interesting replication of the game. I first read this book because I wanted to know how the story would go as a novel, and it turned out to be very accurate...
