Rating: Summary: the best book ever on "the world of survival horror"!! Review: This book was absolutely awesome. It left out a few things from the game, but was mostly right on. I think the book should have delt more with the games mini-bosses like the snake or when you hgave to fight Tyrant in the lab. Also they left out things like the herbs and some of the really cool weapons. Other than that i have nothing else to say except if you haven't bought the book yet now is the perfect time!!
Rating: Summary: An Excellent Horror Book! Review: If you played the game and wondered where Jill, or Chris went after the first few minutes, this is the book for you! Both points of views from Chris and Jill are spectacular, not to mention what happens to Wesker after his "dissapearance". An excellent book for adult readers who want to enter the world of survival horror.
Rating: Summary: The best videogame book I've ever read Review: After reading the DOOM books, i really wasn't expecting much from another videogame book. Then, i was thirteen pages into this one and hooked...The story follows the videogame pretty well, although some will be grumpy about the fact that no one ever gets their hands on the big guns, they're stuck with pistols mostly. Also, the detail about the zombies was great, and just gory enough, but it could have been more so. I like that Chris and Jills points of view are both there, but i wish Barry's had been left out, to keep the secret a little longer. The overall feel of this book is just so creepy and ambient though, I couldn't put it down. It's one of those books where you really start to feel for the characters, espiecially Barry, who no one will think badly of by the end of the book, he's so REAL.. S.D. Perry has done a lot worse before, but seems to really be hitting her stride. I can't wait to read the other three books. Definetley buy this book, you won't regret it at all.

Rating: Summary: Great book - Great author Review: I am a big Resident Evil fan, and this book was a very accurate representation of the game. I especially like the newspaper articles in the beginning...it really adds to the suspense for those who dont know much about Resident Evil. I have read other books by S.D. Perry, and I really enjoy this author. Short and sweet - a good read!
Rating: Summary: Should be under Young Teens Review: What a shame to give such a good idea to such an untalented writer. This could have been written by anyone who played the game and has never written a thing. It was a quick and pathetic read that should be placed in the young teen section of bookstores. Please don't waste your money on this book or they might hire the author for future installments. This is a good idea that should be done by good writers.

Rating: Summary: AWSOME! Review: Once I got this book I just couldn't put it down. It took me two days to finish this book. Now I plan on buying the analog version of the game.
Rating: Summary: This book was better than the game Review: Umbrella conspiracy is one of the best (and shortest) books I've read in a long time. The whole story is expanded from the game so if fans read it there will be numerous questions answered, and as far as newcomers you're gonna love this book! Thats all there is to it. This book just blows every other sci-fi book away! This is also a good book for people who don't want to sit down and read for months to get a good story.
Rating: Summary: A Chilling great novel Review: S.D. Perry is a very talented writer who knows Resident Evil. She brings the characters real life and the book is a heart-pounding nail-bitting butt-kicking adventure. The best book I read in 98, I highly recommend it. After reading it you may find it very hard to get to sleep as you wonder what every bump in the night is? A hungry zombie? or Just your imagination?
