Review: The first Resident Evil novel, and all I can say is,WOW! Perry captures the mood of the game perfectly with this novel, presenting the Resident Evil story much more vividly by eliminating the hackneyed dialogue that plagued the game. This book would work even without the videogame tie-in, buy it and you won't be disappointed!!

Review: Being a hardcore RE freak, it was only natural that my heart practically explode when I saw the advertisement for them in Gamefan's RE2 Guide (the Versus Books Guide wa better, but let's not get into that...). Picking this one up at my local bookstore, I was instantly hooked from start to finish. The way that S.D. Perry portrays the characters' feelings and dilemnas (especially Barry, who in the game was made out as a stupid &*%) cis masterful. Although some small things could have been fixed (no fight with Plant 42, Chris killing the Yawn snake with a Beretta, the secret of the S.T.A.R.S. traitor being let out a little too soon in the book), it was very well done, and it also made my decision to buy the other three EXCELLENT books ever easier. While RE : City of the Dead was longer and better, this comes in a very close second. If you liked this book, you MUST buy the others! This is GotenSSJ7, signing out... <squawk>

Resident Evil Umbrella Conspiracy leads any reader to the unthinkable nightmare of the mysterious dilemmas surrounding the murders. Each scene is one teeth grinding, hold-your-seat moment of suspense and fear. Moments are detailed and well-structured for any fan of the hit popular game resident evil.

Review: This is a truly glorious book. I think that this should be read by all fans the that best-selling game. There were, however, a few disappointments; 1No battle with Plant 42, 2No bazooka, flamethrower or extra Colt, 3I don't think that their minds would disagree with them that much, 4Far too much cussing, etc. Even though, this still is a great book and I hope future readers enjoy it as much.

Review: I i have read the Umbrella conspirasy ( forgive my spelling mistakes), and it is by far the greatist survival horror novel i have read yet!, i have not played the first resident evil game, only the second, but i could picture everything i was reading, i hope they make a movie from all this, i'll be first in line if they do!, but dont worry, i plan to get the first one soon, eventhough the book has given everything away, ohwell

Review: I found that this book adds a little extra depth to the game. For instance, S.D Perry gives you a closer look into the characters' personalities, as well as explaining plot twists that might not have otherwise been apparent in the game. From playing the game so many times, when I read the book, I pictured everything in my head, from beginning to end. Overall, this is a GREAT book!

Review: This book is da bomb its got action, thrills, and is about survival. It's about guts n' glory that to win is to survive to survive is to use your knowlege. The characters is this book are cool and got a personality of there own. This books has one of the best plots ive ever read. And if your into action and the real shoot em' up type thing then this is the book for you cus it's got ( goar, 9mm handguns, colt pythons, shontguns, zombies, and even a short rocket launcher seen at the end) ("hint hint") to sum it up this book was truley one of my personel favorites.
