Rating: Summary: Resident Evil: Umbrella Conspiracy Review: This book is excellent, probably the best one in the series. She described the video game beautifully. Also you get to know each character like Jill, Chris, Barry, Rebecca, & Wesker. You get to know the smaller characters like Richard, Kenneth, Enrico, & Forrest as well. Very much worth the money. Another great detail is they tell how the S.T.A.R.S. left the Police Station and their reactions to each monster. And all the monsters are in there. If you buy this book you will be very pleased. And each time you read it, you will learn something new. Perfect for any Resident Evil fan.
Rating: Summary: GARBAGE Review: I can't believe I wasted money on this junk. After impatiently waiting to read this series of books, I was terribly disappointed. I have read the first four books in this series and wasted my money on every one. DON'T BUY THESE BOOKS! The author doesn't know anything about the Resident Evil games and insults people who have played them. They read like they are written by a small child who is failing beginner English. Trust me; don't waste your money.

Rating: Summary: The best book I read Review: This book was cool!I have played the original game.It was cool! It tells you parts that never show up in the game(How they leave the police station and all that.Everybody who wants this book, buy it!
Rating: Summary: Good Book Review: The book about the original game that started it all. This was in no way a bad book. It was a pretty good book, but it didn't seem all that exciting. Probably because I had already beaten the video game and knew the story and ending well. Regardless of that, this book is still a must buy for any reader who wants a suspenseful book or is a Resident Evil fan.
Rating: Summary: Wow. Review: At first I was suspicious of a novelized version of the Resident Evil video game. The game's story line was a little cheesy in the first place. The price looked like a bargain, so I decided to give it a go. It was the greatest decision I believe I've ever made. The Umbrella Conspiracy tells the tale of the orignal Resident Evil video game. In case your not a fan of the series, Raccoon City has a little, teansy, weansy problem - people go missing for days after venturing into the hills, and when they're found, it isn't a pretty site. Victims....are apparently eaten. Finally, Police Chief Irons decides to send in the cavalry - S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactis and Rescue Squad). But failure seems to surround the entire mission... Minutes after the Bravo team is launched, a distress signal is recieved from their helicopter. Taking matters into his own hands, Albert Wesker, the Alpha team leader, takes his own assembled men into the action. As the story continues on, you slowly begin to learn the personalities/backgrounds of the team members, such as - Jill Valentine - an ex-thief, she is a master of picking locks. Chris Redfield - an excellent marksman that seems very attached to his comrades. Barry Burton - a family man, he prefers a Colt .45 in combat. I thought it was simply amazing that Perry managed to tie the crew in so well. Everything is in the game. Whether you play it before or after reading this book, it will still leave a lasting impression. BUY THIS BOOK!
Rating: Summary: amazing Review: This really is the best book that i have read in along time its good for thoughs who have played the game and people who are into real chillers. What really impressed and imersed me into this book though was how S.D Perry provided a hidden incite into the activites of Albert Wesker the Stars captain which is something the game kept behind shut doors also the book stayed truthful to the game with out making it a straight and boring walkthrough of the video game. overall a superb read
Rating: Summary: Great book Review: I love the book and the game, the book gives more detail and lets you know what the other team members are/were doing when you played as Chis or Jill in the game, S.D. Perry is a good author and really brought out the flavor of the Game and brought it out in the book. If you like the games than read the books you will not be sorry.
Rating: Summary: Better then the videogame! Review: I'm a huge fan of the Resident Evil series. I've collected most everything that has to do with RE. When I started with the books I thought it would be just like playing the videogame without the console turned on. I was wrong! Sure its the same basic storyline and everything but this novel throws you into the world of Resident Evil better than the game. S.D. Perry did an excellant job on it. I give this book five stars. It definitly earned it.
Rating: Summary: Evil dead.......... or not so dead? Review: If you have ever played the video game Resident Evil you will find that this book more or less follows the story line of the game but in more detail. This can sometimes ruin the story as you may know the ending or when a scary thing is about to happen but the discriptions and more in depth storyline that has been added makes up for it. If on the other hand you are not so familar with the video game it makes this story a great action packed scare, blood fest. For fans or new comers to the resident evil series this book i definitly worth reading if you like a good spine chilling story. You cant go wrong with this if u like horror.
