Summary: An amazing read! Zahn is the master!
Review: I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed with Spector of the Past. That's why I put off reading Vision of the Future for a while. Wow, was I wrong to do that.

Vision of the Future is one of the best books I ever read, no joke. All the complex plots put into Spector are all tied up smoothly in Vision with an incredible climax. While I was reading this book, it was difficult to put it down. Even when I did, I was wondering what was about to happen next in the middle of my algebra class.

If you enjoyed Zahn's first trilogy (and frankly, who didn't?), I highly recommend this dulogy.

Summary: A fitting conclusion
Review: This is definately one of Zahns best. It is an awesomely fitting conclusion to Specter of the Past, making Star Wars anything you would hope it could be. I think this is my favorite Star Wars book, coming before just a few others. This is such a fantastic book! There are many plots in one. Plus,

LUKE AND MARA ARE GETTING MARRIED!

The galaxy is still torn up over the Camas Document, bringing war closer and closer to a reallity. While Corran Horn and Wedge Antilles are on Bothawi trying to find out who could be trying to take down the Bothan sheild, The senate is puzzling over the mysterious reappearance of Thrawn. Karrde is on a mission to find an old business partner, Jorges Carrdes, who he thinks might have a copy of the Camas document. Meanwhile, Grand Moff Disra, Tierce, and Flim are cunningly pulling off their mad scheme to bring the empire back to power. Luke, however is off trying to find Mara, disturbed by his vision where she looked dead. As they both try to leave the world she is on, they find one of Thrawns most calculating secrets. As Luke and Mara discover the Hand Of Thrawn, the galaxy turns again.

Summary: If I could give it another star, I would!
Review: I normally only buy books in paperback, but after reading Spector of the Past I just couldn't wait. Zahn has a talent for interweaving numerous storylines into a flawless whole. While many think that the Luke + Mara thing came without any warning, I suspected hints of it even in his origionall trilogy. I would greatly like a further installment into this universe by Zahn.

Summary: You actually learn from a Star Wars book!
Review: This one is perhaps the best among the Thrown series. Perhaps timothy Zhan has a better ability to fully develop the character of "the force" than George Lucas. In Vision, ego and overconfidence, which Mara Jade finds abundant in Luke Skywalker, are associated with the dark side of the force. Luke Skywalker has to learn to recognize his past mistakes in order to fully return to the light side, and perhaps to become a loving husband- but it takes a long time, and the process of this subtle change can be seen in Luke's interactions with Mara and the other creature-friends in their long journey through a forest full of rancorous creatures. In Vision, you learn about psychological aspects of familiar characters never before discussed, it makes you think about yourself and friends as well. Surprisingly, I actually learned from a book that was meant for pure entertainment.

Summary: Vision of the Future
Review: This is my favourite Star Wars book so far. It is a must read for any Star Wars fans and defiantly not just for Star Wars fans. Timothy Zahn (like always) has brilliantly brought the characters to life and captureds the Star Wars theme. It is the second part of Zahn's two part series the Hand of Thrawn. In it evidence has been found that the Bothans were involved in a masacare sixty years ago. The races of the New Rebublic have taken sides in this didpute andd the Republic is on the brink of civil war. Meanwhile the Empire is proposing a peace treaty with the the New Rebublic. Ths is a brilliant book.

Summary: One Of The Greatest classics!
Review: Timothy Zahn's book " Visons of the Future" ruled! I for one am so happy that luke had the guts to finally ask mara to marry him! Its one of the best things to ever happen in the Star Wars Universe. I never really liked Gareial she was eh, lets say BLAH! and Callista nah ah. Mara Jade and Luke Skywalker are one of the best couples. This story was really sweet and heart warming. I really loved this book and i think you propbably would too. All my friends loved it!

Summary: Keep it coming!
Review: I feel about this book as i feel about the other starwars books I have reviewed. I personaly liked the end. Where blah blah blah blah happened. Hint: Mara Jade. A truelly excellent book. Unfortunatly, it does not feature my darling, Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Obi-Wan's Faithful Jedi Wife,

Summary: Yes!
Review: I had this book on my shelf for about 6 months. Recently I've been devouring any Star Wars books I could find - and voila - right on my shelf. I could not put it down. There was never a dull moment - keeping track of the myriad of characters, what they were up to, and ultimately where they ended up is not something for the occasional reader. This is definitely a book for a multi-tasker.

Summary: Once again, Zahn conquers.
Review: To put it simply, this is the best book in the Star Wars series of Novels. Zahn follows on with the Thrawn storyline that any avid Star Wars fan would love, and brings that story to a (finally) logical conclusion.

While many of the other authors who have delved into the star wars universe appear to have had no other goal that to provide us with constant contradictions, Zahn once again returns with a brilliant plot.

In a story that involves many of the major characters from past star wars novels, the New Republic is threatened both from within and without. The emergence of a certain document pushes the New Republic to the brink of civil war. At the same time, the 'reappearance' of Grand Admiral Thrawn worries the New Republic.

With Mara Jade lost on an unexplored world, and Luke Skywalker hot on her trail in a daring rescue attempt, we see the reunion of these two stars of the Thrawn trilogy.

This book brings back everyones favourite characters, and FINALLY ties up all those annoying loose ends... along with a few surprises along the way. VISION goes a long way to repairing the damage done by previous novels, and proves their is life, and a storyline, left in the star wars universe yet.
