Summary: Excellent for Myst-players
Review: When I read this book, it was after I beat Myst, then Riven. I didn't read Book of Atrus yet and I am glad I didn't. I think it was better to read this first, then apply it to the second, but anyways... I felt that it was definately a movie-type storyline with a lot of suspense and drama. I think the back of the book ruins the surprise (the review on the back), but otherwise I almost teared at the end because that was such a dramatic way to end things. Can't wait to read D'ni!

Summary: What else can I say?
Review: I played Myst. I played Riven. Myst was great. Riven was even better. Way better. I joined a mailing list on Riven, where I was pretty confused about things when they talked about the D'ni. I put in my theories, but I had no backing behind them. Everyone kept telling me to READ THE BOOKS! So I did. This one is definetely my favorite. I explains everything you would need to know about the D'ni, and more, in a format that is fun to read. Fun to read doesn't begin to describe it. I got sucked in (no, for all you Myst/Riven fans, it isn't a linking book) and I couldn't put it down. The characters are very realistic. I almost changed my mind about Gehn after I had my doubts aboiut him after playing Riven. I think they did Veois and A'Gaeris best, as characters, but the others were cool also. Definetely buy this book, is you are a Myst/Riven fan. If you aren't, buy it, and you will become one. I am still on the Riven mailing list. I am more obsessed than that, now also.

Summary: Excellent! Full of intrigue, action, and mystery
Review: This is one of the best books I've read. I love the game of Myst, but in the book, you can imagine what it would be like in Atrus's shoes. This second installment of the Myst trilogy is excellent. A recommended buy. ( I can't wait to read the 3rd book!)

Summary: As good as a D'ni history book
Review: This is one of the best books I've ever read! It definitely lives up to its predecessor, and gives you even more of that great D'ni history! This is definitely a must read if you're a Myst or Riven fan! I was wondering how things would work out, a symptom I rarely get with books anymore. Definitely pick this one up!

Summary: It was very suspenseful, I loved it!
Review: I loved this book. I read a lot, even ask my mom, and most of the time I like the books, but rarely do I love it so much that I've read it 6 or 7 times! I read this book first then MYST: THE BOOK OF ATRUS, and I loved them, so I can't wait to read MYST: THE BOOK OF D'NI. You should read it to! :)

Summary: An unexpected delight
Review: Put all previous assumptions of fantasy novels aside. From one who has never really liked this genre of novel, MYST the book of Ti'Ana was an unexpected delight. I was fascinated by the quick pace, savoury characters, and the delicately revealed story. While not even a player of the game, I now find myself digging deep into my pockets procuring change for the other two remaining novels in the trilogy, and of course their digital rival, Riven.

Summary: I can't wait for the next one to come out in paperback!!
Review: I really enjoyed reading the Book of Atrus. And enjoyed reading the Book of Ti'ana to find out what really happened to the D'ni. I am now anxiously waiting for the next one to come out in paperback to see if Atrus can restore the D'ni.

Summary: Absolutely Great
Review: I am a 13 year old Myst/Riven fan. At first when I saw the ad for this book, I was like that looks totally stupid. But then I got Riven and joined the Riven Lyst and was annoyed because everyone told me to go read the books. So I did. And I thought that this one was especially good. It was really funny, because in Riven and the Book of Atrus, Gehn is all evil, but here, he's kind of cute. After all, he's only a little kid. But I can tell how he got to be evil. I loved the story. Aitrus and Ti'ana are good. A'Gaeris is totally evil and I wanted to punch him while reading this book. It took me longer to read this book than I thought, because it was so good I prolonged my experience of reading it and kept thinking about what happened. I thought the ending was real sad and it left me depressed. But now I'm happy again. All in all, it was a really good book. I have to get the other one! Join our discussion in the Riven Lyst

Summary: Great Book ... I can only recomend it!
Review: This book is an absolute if you like fantasy, you do not even have to like the cd-rom game. My co-worker and I could not put this book down and proceeded to read this in one day. Of course we went immidiately and bought the other three, which were just as great...

Summary: BIG Myst/Riven fan loves this book!
Review: I can't make any definite decisions on whether or not I love this book, since I'm only on the part where she is being kept in the prison, but all I can say is I'm impressed. This is the first Myst book I've read, because I've finished both Myst and Riven and I knew it would be a while before they release another one of their breathtaking games. So I thought, better read up on D'ni! Well, I thought this book may be made for those really nerdy and obsessed fans, but it is so not! I was reading it one night and I stayed up reading it until I could not possibly keep my eyes open. I haven't been able to say that many books have made me a zombie at school the next day. Myst: The Book of Tiana deserves an award!:)
