Summary: Fiest brings the classic boy meets girl story new life.
Review: The simple plot was done in an outstanding way. Fiest has truly brought every mans fantasy of adventure to life.

Summary: Feist does it again! A great stand alone story of Krondor!
Review: This book can be read very well on its own. But if you want the full impact of the story its best to have read at least the first 4 or so books of the Krondor series. I personally really enjoyed this tale, one of pirates, sailing ships, dragons and wizards, of far away places and exotic personalities.

Raymond E. Feist brings to life once again his beloved Krondor on the pages before you very eyes and spins us a brandnew tale of young prince Nikki and the adventures he and his friends have as they rescue their friends, make new ones, gain lands and defeat enemy with a cunning plan.

In these pages we gain new glimpses of old friends and make new ones as the pages turn! I can safely say that this is one book of the Krondor series that you don't want to miss. Definately well worth the reading time!

Summary: GREAT BOOK!!!! I can't wait to start the next series!
Review: Though I find it hard to believe that Nicholas was able to show such incredible leadership abilities at such a young age, I felt that the rest of the book was pretty realistic. I really sympathized with the characters.

Summary: Boring start... but a very good ending.
Review: Thought the start was quite boring it was much better in the end. The great characters and the storyline makes this book a book you should read. The action in the end is breath taking.

Summary: Disappointing ***SPOILER***
Review: What I really found disappointing about this book was the healing of Nicholas foot. Feist could have shown how a cripple could be a vital person and a leader, but instead chooses to remove Nicholas' one mark of character. This weak move made me that much more appreciative of George Martin's "A Game of Thrones" where bastards and cripples and other deformed persons play important roles with their "handicap" being a part of their character. I'll give you Erik from the following series, but I thought Roo's reconciliation was too easy.

Summary: eh?
Review: Where's Tomas? Where's Pug, I mean all the cool characters? Why does this book seem like a fantasy 90210?
