Summary: Goodkind is a great writer, but he needs originality
Review: OK all you Goodkind fans, have any of you ever read Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series? Have you ever noticed that Goodkind's Sword of Truth series is so curiously similar that the characters are interchangeable? I agree that Goodkind is a good writer (tho a little warped in some of his sinister characters) but I really wish he'd venture into unchartered original waters.

Review: Here is a thought. I am a Sword of truth fan and have all the books but I think reviewing the book b/4 u read it is.. how do i put it? STUPID!!!Walk with me thru this logic sequence. Pre-order book. April 13- Get book. April 13 to 16-Read book fervently. Think about book. Review book on Amazon.com Anyone took a look at the Path of Daggers review page b/4 the book was out?? At least 70 reviews all gibbering about how great the book is or is supposed to be. Pre-hype anyone?? Let's wait and see if Terry keeps it real like he should. Anyone think it is about bloody time Richard learnt to control his gift?? just a thot.

Summary: This book isn't out yet!!!
Review: This review was written on February 16,1999. This book isn't coming out until mid-April and yet I just saw 32 reviews saying how great this book is. Either these people are lying or 32 different people in different parts of the country have somehow managed to get their hands on an advance copy of this book. The stuff that they are writing has nothing to do with this book and I think that Amazon.com should address this issue immediately. I gave this book 5 stars because I like Mr. Goodkind's other books and I am sure that this one will be great as well. However, I am not going to write a real review of this book until AFTER I READ IT!!!

Summary: The Sword of Truth Series Goes on with this amazing book!!
Review: I have read all of the Sword of Truth books up to the new fifth one. Im am pre ordering it because Terry Goodkind is my favorite author and Im sure this book will be as great as the others. The discription Terry Goodkind uses pulls you into the book and you can't put it down! Reading his books are like watching movies in your mind. Good Luck to this book. May it be as good and successful as the others!

Summary: The best books ever writen!
Review: Terry Goodkind is probably one of the most brilliant writers ever. The way he tells the story and portrays the characters emotions is fantastic. You grow to love the characters and cry and laugh with them. These books are so great that once you start you can't stop. You could sit and read one of his books all day and not move. I have. I can not wait for the fifth book to come out I have been waiting forever. All I can say is I hope Richard and Kaklan don't stop having "adventures"

Review: Terry Goodkind is an extraordinary writer with a powerful style of writing. He adds interesting and unique elements to his story like interperting what the meanings if the prophicies are going to end up meaning and how Richard progresses with his powers as a war wizard and the seeker. Summary: And the Wisards rules, rule
Review: From the 1st to the 4th, Terry's words grap you and drag you into this world he has molded, the people, places, and events feel so real that you don't want to put the book(s) down. And on top of that, the rules are so true and actually can apply to the real world. These books make you feel and also make you think. I have read the entire series in both hard and paperback many many times.
