Summary: A Disappointment
Review: After waiting so long for "The Indwelling" I was extremely disappointed. All 400 pages take place over one weekend, and I felt the entire story could have been told in a couple of chapters of another book. It seemed so long and drawn out! Normally I like detail, but Jenkins and LaHaye take it to a new level here! Credibility is stretched regarding David Hassid's computer capabilities, and how are they gonna fly a helicopter into Chicago if they're afraid to walk the streets? Still, I look forward to The Mark.

Summary: Absolutely Magnificent!
Review: I pre-ordered this book in March. When it finally came, the power in my city was out due to a bad storm. Propped up against a window for light, I devoured this book as if it was my last meal. LaHaye and Jenkins are truly gifted. If you like the other 6 books, then you will definitely love this one.

Summary: Yawn.
Review: I keep reading the Left Behind series because I think it's going to be interesting. How will humanity deal with all these incredible events, like giant rotten comets and resurrected prophets? However, the authors give us only tiny glimpses of what life is like in the "End Times." Instead, we follow around these wooden mannequins they call characters. On the Trib Force, everyone's an expert, all their computers are super top of the line, and they all seem to have had SWAT team training at some point. I have to keep flipping to the cast listings in the front to remember who's who because they're all described in the same stilted, lifeless prose. I know they're writing from a different perspective - they're believers and I'm not. So it probably makes sense to them that the saints are all alike in their wonderfulness and nonbelievers are all childish and obtuse. Maybe that makes up for the way religion is often portrayed by the media controlling "liberal elite." It just doesn't make for very interesting fiction, since everyone in the book is pretty one-dimensional at this point. Five more books? I think I'll pass.

Summary: WOW!
Review: What a book! I finished the same day I got it. It answers most of the questions from Assassins and also gives you some more. I consider myself one of the biggest LB fans on the planet, and I had very high expectations for this book. THIS BOOK MET THEM ALL! This book had everything! Some awesome character developments! Some very unexpected character changes. This book grabs all the emotions you have : happiness (certain individuals make certain decisions if you get my drift), sadness (certain individuals die), humour (David and Guy, what a combo!), anger (stinkin' GC! ) and much more. And of course you find out who did it! If you haven't read any of the other books first, don't read this. Go get the others and read straight through them. They are worth every cent! This is definitely one of the best books I have ever read.

Summary: Outstanding!
Review: As the Left Behind series gets deeper and deeper into the story, the books keep getting better and better. I started this book at 6pm on May 24, and finished it 8 hours later at 2 am on the 25th. I could not put it down! The plot thickens, the characters develop, new twists, this book has it all.

Summary: Woe to the inhabitants of the Earth who read this drivel!
Review: Okay...maybe that title was a bit harsh. I would like some of the reviewers here to realize it's REVELATION not..I repeat NOT "REVELATIONS"..but on to the book...I don't get the 5 stars..I don't get the 4 stars. There's about 20 pages..maybe of action in this entire book, it's written on a 6th grade level (and that's being generous)...and, as a Christian, I'm insulted, embarrassed, and yet hopeful that maybe..just maybe the authors will think less about the money..and more about the story...I do believe both are capable writers...but with this...I'm vastly reconsidering that idea...Gentlemen...what, exactly, "took possession" of you to publish this book? Surely you have to know it's poor....

Summary: Incredibly Disappointing
Review: Although I am a big fan of this series this book was a major let down. The book was over 300 pages of filler where not much happened and the storyline did not get advanced. The authors have written too many narrow escape in an airplane scenarios. I think the authors are milking the popularity of the series and do not seem to have enough ideas to fill the rest of the planned books in the series.

Summary: Couldn't Put It Down!
Review: Incredible book. I read it in 2 nights. You won't want to put it down. Excitement, drama, and all the other things that make this series worth the read. You won't be disappointed. Now, for the next book in the series--can't wait!

Summary: Disappointing
Review: Until this book, I have been riveted by this series. This book moved too slowly, and did not have much depth to the story. It only covers three days, and all of this information could have been covered in three or four chapters. The next one will have to be much better, or it will be the last one that I read in the series.

Summary: ALL FILLER---NO MEAT!
Review: AFTER WAITING 6 MONTHS, THIS BOOK WAS MOST DISAPPOINTING! IT'S WRITTEN AT FIRST GRADE LEVEL, LACKS CONTENT, AND POORLY EDITED. I WILL NOT BUY THE NEXT 4 BOOKS----I'M SURE THE FINAL BOOK WILL BE A REHASH OF ALL OF THEM. IT'S TOO BAD THE AUTHORS HAVE COMPROMISED THE SERIES IN ORDER TO WRITE MORE BOOKS!
