Summary: A reader from Oklahoma
Review: This book gave indepth detail of what the Tribulation and the beginning of the Great Tribulation could be like. Even knowing I won't be "Left Behind", I find myself searching my inner self and my relationship with God to be sure. All should read this series.

Summary: Key to series
Review: Yes, I know the timeframe of "The Indwelling" is only a few days. And for many of you, that is dissatisfying because you are anxious for the Glorious Appearing. But if you are really into the series, you must realize how important this book is. The first six books have really been leading up to this one, the mid-point of the tribulation, when the antichrist is resurrected. Aside from the first book, "Left Behind", when the rapture occurs, we have slowly been led by the authors into the rise of the antichrist and to the moment when satan indwells him. Personally, I think this mid-point deserved the attention to detail given it. I know when the Glorious Appearing occurs in the series, it will be so fantastic! God willing, we will all be around to read it.

Summary: OK, but I'm afraid they are going to kill a good thing.
Review: I'm a Christian and a big fan of the series but the series just isn't what it used to be. I feel like this book could have been told in about a hundred pages. There seemed to be a lot of filler material (Rayford remembering on the plane, a through explanation of almost everything). I still read the book all the way through and like everyone else I can't wait till the next one comes out. I really am starting to wonder how the writers are going to keep everyone interested for another five books. I just hope that they don't ruin what has been an excellent series. Does anyone remember Robert Jordan and his "Wheel of Time" series. It was good for the first couple of books, but with nothing happening and realizing there were six more books I needed to read just to be caught up, and still no end in sight of the series I abandoned it. Please don't do the same. Do we really need a twelve book series.

Summary: I couldn't put it down
Review: Once again, they have done it. LaHaye and Jenkins have composed a book so thrilling that you can't stop reading it. There were only a few things that I didn't like about the book, such as Tsion's out-of-body-and-in-heaven experience. It was a good idea fore explaining Revelation 12, but it seemed rather weird. I also missed reading the messages the the worldwide church, and I didn't like the fact that the whole book took place during the course of one weekend. I really love how they portrayed the image of the beast, and the way that they always take the Scriptures so literally. The late night landing in Greece and the events at the safe house will keep you riveted and guessing. I can't wait for the release of The Mark this fall.

Summary: Anticlimatic
Review: Months of wondering "who done it" and it would have been more interesting if the butler had commited the crime. What I found most intriguing were the last chapters in which Tsion embarks on an Astral Travel journey. A very Wiccan/Pagan practice. Being not a believer myself, I just found it ironic that the authors would include a practice which stems from a faith which they dislike intensly. While the Mark will be added to my library when it comes out in the fall, I won't be the first in line to get it.

Summary: Better and Better
Review: "The Indwelling: The Beast Takes Possession" is fast paced, suspenceful writing at its best. Mssrs.Jenkins and LaHaye have hit their stride, there are no lulls or let up in the suspense. A hard book to put down until the last period is reached. I anxiously await book #8.

Summary: WOW!
Review: I guess if I was to tell you that I sleep in on the weekends, and that I had to get up two hours early today (Sunday) to finish this book, you would know it was good, right? This is one of the best in the series....I was very grateful they didn't do a lot of rehashing of the previous books in this one. I appreciated getting to know some of the other characters a little better--David Hassid, for example. When, however, will they quit killing off all of their pilots? (That, I must admit, is getting old!)

Summary: Breathtaking!
Review: Wow! I can hardly explain in words just how much I enjoyed this book. It's filled with everything you could ask for in a book. You finally get to find out who killed Carpathia! Not only does this book capture your attention from page one until the last page, but it also includes amazing insight and thought about God. I'm also one of those people who always has a book in their hand, and can sit in a room and read for hours at a time. Please take my advice and read this book! I can't wait for the next book, The Mark, that comes out November 14, this year. Also, I eagerly wait for the Left Behind movie! It is supposed to come out in theatres somewhere around this coming December or January.

Summary: Who is going to stay alive?
Review: In this intreging book, the Anti Christ has his very eventful funeral. Is the Safe House Safe? Who will be the next member of the Tribulation Force to become a 'Maryter'. All this and more in this fabulous book. (It may be the 7th book but it is just as good as the 1st)

Summary: More than faith?
Review: This is a wonderful series. Much thought has gone into it, and holds true to the literal interpretation of Scripture. It is a great way to learn more about prophecy, and the authors should be commended in providing this eschatalogical novel. I am only sorry that Buck has not yet learned the Gospel. One would think that after three-and-a-half years he would understand it. In the plane, Chaim is told by Buck that going to Heaven requires more than believing in the Messiah -- that it requires " a decision, a commitment, a receiving." I wonder why the Apostle John would leave these things out of his book, since his stated purpose for writing was so those who read it and believed would receive life in His name. Buck also says to Chiam (explaining why more than faith is required) that the demons believe and tremble. Certainly they believe, but God has not promised them eternal life if they believe in His Son as their Savior. God deals with angels differently than He does humans. I suppose even during Daniel's 70th week some will seek to add to the simple Gospel message that only requires faith and faith alone to receive God's gift of eternal life.
