Summary: the dreams are the key
Review: When I finished Assassins several months ago, I was left hanging. To fill the void, I watched the Left Behind website chats to see if I was on the right track as to who killed Nicolae. I couldn't wait for The Indwelling to come out and I bought it as soon as I could. The beginning offered an opportunity to reaquaint myself with the main characters. I realized just how far Rayford had sunk into his depression. The part of the book that held my attention were the "dreams" that Tsion had. The language in those sequences were obviously biblical, but they were also reminiscent of Dante's journey in The Divine Comedy and the fall of Satan in Milton's Paradise Lost. The authors "allowed" Tsion to react as any person would--by having him reference his documents. That part of the book was worth the price of the book. The authors have not totally disappointed their readers---there are still some questions that need to be answered, and will be answered in the next segment--I can hardly wait.

Summary: INDWELLING IS OK.
Review: ASSASSINS and INDWELLING combined would have been a better read. For those who get to read one after the other are lucky. It will be easy to swallow.

Anyone searching for a great spiritual thriller to read in between LaHaye novels I highly recommend, THE FIST OF GOD by A.T. Nicholas. It's phenomenal! A little deep and confusion at times, but the plot and message are incredible. The story sticks with you. Great read!

Summary: The plot thickens
Review: I have read all the books in the series. I have never been able to put them down once I got my hands on them. I have been re-reading them when a new one is going to be coming out. Even then, I find it hard to put them down.

I was looking forward to this book because I was wondering how this was going to be pulled off. That is a sign of a good book, and a good series, you can't wait to find out. There is a part of me that hopes that Christ will Rapture us after this series is ended, but not to big a part.

I have read Revelation several times and enjoy this series, and this book, because it is nice to see if it matches the visualization that you have. The authors have brought amazing imagery to the book. It is an amazing fill-in, granted that it IS fiction, for the "holes" that some of us, me included, would like to see. I would recommend this book to anyone. I would caution them to start at the beginning of the series or they will not catch a lot of the story, but that is natural for series books.

Summary: Author...Author.......Well Written! Excellent!
Review: I had noticed the reviews on this book "The Indwelling"....most people were upset because the book had only covered a 4 day period time frame....But upon reading it I had found that I was engross with every page and chapter....and the details on the death of Carpathia....some of it was alittle to extreme for me...but as I continue to read....I found myself fascinated and captivated by the characters and the plot.....the book just got better and better...I had finished the last chapter before I had knew and it kept me wanting for more....Can't wait for the next book to come out.....You've just got to read it...it's another great book of the series....Can't wait for "The Mark".

Summary: A Pilgrims Plodding
Review: In my life time I have read many fine books of this genre, and can safely say that this was one of the most predictable, pedestrian effort in the plotline, sophomoric dialog and witless characterizations I have ever encountered. For those who are addicted-get over it. For those who have not succumbed yet- do not bother, it is awaste of time.

Summary: Another in an Excellent Series
Review: I have read each book in this series, and am eagerly awaiting the future releases. A couple of the releases to date weren't as exciting as one might hope for, but then these books are fictitious renditions based on biblical truths. I expect that many will not consider some of what is to cone "very exciting." However, what is to come will be. Exciting or not. This series is an EXCELLENT fiction of what WILL BE, and how it could happen... I highly recommend it for anyone who has a desire to understand the book of Revelations. Accidental or otherwise, whether you like the series or not, you may learn something. Do not read this series if it is your desire to remain ignorant!

Summary: Yet Another Winner for LaHaye and Jenkins!
Review: I started reading the Left Behind Series last year when a friend reccomended them to me. I was captivated by the characters and the story of the end times. With so much space between the books, I had forgotton some of the storyline, but "The Indwelling" caught me up promptly. The storyline remained good. There were some suprising deaths and some amazing conversions which made for an exciting tale. I was expecting more of an emphasis on Nicholae and the actual indwelling (hence the title) which is why I gave this book 4 stars instead of 5. I thoroughly enjoyed the reading of this book. Was this the best in the series? I don't think so - but definitely worth picking up. Especially if you have turned into a Left Behind junkie like me!

Summary: Move along
Review: Pick up the pace here please. After seven of these books I am getting a tad impatient. Compared to "Transfer" by Jerry Furland, a first class end times novel, I feel like I'm riding on a glacier with Jenkins and LaHaye. I love the series though. Just move it along a little please.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Excellent, but not up to the standards of previous books.
Review: While the book was still an excellent read, it did drag on for the first 200-300 pages. The character development was good, and there were enough sub-plots to keep the story moving. But at some points it was difficult to maintain my attention. Some of the plot lines did not make much sense. Overall, I would highly recommend this book to everyone who is engaged in the series up to this point. I have a feeling that the best is yet to come!
