Summary: This was the beginning of the end
Review: I think that this is one of the best books in the series(now i've said it twice) because in this book richard fully comes into power over the D'Haran Empire. Everything comes together in this book and sets up for the war to start in the next book. If you like his first two then you'll like this one for sure. many people dislike goodkind and say that the only reason people give his books good ratings is because they read his first to and have some kind of loyalty to him. I will say that because i like certain authors i may be a little lenient with them on some of their books that i rate but i must say that this is not the case if the book leaves me feeling empty and this book did not leave me feeling empty for sure.
