Summary: The Dragon Reborn - A Bestseller, or Too Long to Enjoy?
Review: The Dragon Reborn really is a good book. Now, lots of people would be discoraged with this book, due to the fact that it's HUGE! Some have commented that the book needs a better editor. Now in past books, Robert's done some of that too. It's huge, but it's all neccary. I think Tolken is master of reduntant things, although Jordan can do some odd things. (In the Eye of the World, he screws around with time so bad my sense of the book was mangled!) Of course, this shouldn't discorage you. There are great FAQs, and the Guide book "The World of Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time", which is amazingly helpful. Further more, the details are wonderful. The characters clash, and it gets pretty annoying at times, but they're in character. The only qualms I have about this book, and the whole series, is that as the books go by, Rand, Egwene, and Nyvane all get slowly meaner. Nyvane and Egwene have very good reasons, which you'll have to read about, but even if Rand is in character, he's awful! And he just gets worse. Other than that, the chracters are great, the story is great, the setting is wonderful. Read this, or I'll send the forsaken out after you!

Summary: Where oh where has our hero gone?
Review: So Rand is the Dragon Reborn, and this is the title of this book, but he nearly completely disappears from our story? Again, another 700 page book needing a serious editor to cut it in half. And for people who supposedly love each other, it's amazing how shabbily the characters can treat each other. Too many characters to focus well on any single story, it's easy to forget what's going on or what has previously happened. As I've said before: these books need a good synopsis and Glossary. All that said, when there is action, it is good rousing action with world-shaking possibilities. But still not a Tolkein.

Summary: THE BEST BOOK of the BEST SERIES!
Review: My title says it all! Robert Jordan is for sure the best Fantasy writer ever! He is currently tied with The Great J.R.R Tolkien if you ask me! This book has a wonderful storyline which twists and turns, and interwines with other characters. All the characters are very well developed, and you get a look into their mind and soul. The adventuring is great, with all the new cultures discovered for us, for the first time.

The storyline continues with Rand being drawn to Tear, where the sword of Collandor is being held. Only the Dragon Reborn (Rand) can wield it, and when he does that is a big sign that the Last Battle is coming. Also, all the other main characters get drawn to Tear for different reasons. This book also explores the existance of the Black Ajah of Aes Sedai, and the Dream World. Also, the characters make a stunning discovery about the Forsaken(Extremely powerful Aes Sedai of the olden days who were sealed with the Dark One)...

The only bad thing I can say about this book is that Rand is barely at all in it. He is a secondary character in a book that is about him and his destiny. Although, this may be a good thing, because Rand didn't do that much in his travels except slowly go crazy and think everybody was against him.

I recommend this book to everybody!

Summary: Boring!
Review: This is the worst book in the series I have ever read! I had never read a book as boring as this! Even a text book is better! I was really satisfied with the first two books, but this one was just HORRIBLE! All the women are either beautiful or handsome! Aren't there any "ugly" people in Robert's stories! Its a good thing I didn't abandon the series afterwards becuase some parts are interesting after. I recommend that you skip this book becuase it is the most boring in the world and will only decrease your interest in reading the series.

Summary: A turning point in the series
Review: In this volume of the Wheel of time series, The different characters take one more step in fulfilling their destinies. This book is full of action, adventure, and a very good plot. Throughout the book you can see the different plot lines interweave and come together at the end. This book is a great continuation of the series and is as good as the others...which is a compliment in itself.

Summary: Jordan continues to spread his magic!
Review: I am astounded by how the characters have developed. This book might not talk about Rand a lot but it still is great. It talks about Perrin, Moraine, and Lan mostly, and the healing of Mat from the ruby dagger. It has a great ending which i will not spoil for those who have not read it. The Shadow Rising is just as great so continue reading.

Summary: The Dragon Reborn Simply the best.
Review: Simply the best book out of the best series ever created. Robert Jordan's imagination is so detailed and original it takes the breath away. The story is perfectly seamless. Jordan paints an entire world complete with hundreds of years of detailed history. The characters are real and alive, you feel for them. You experience their pain, love, excitement, fear, everything and every character is unique. This is the best book to get for any fantasy lover. (Simply The Best)

Summary: Get lost in Jordan's World
Review: Robert Jordan has managed to create an entirely new world not found among fantasy novels. Although there are hints at other pieces of classical fantasy, Jordan has created depth that is unpresedented. Character development in general throughout the Wheel of Time series is astounding. No other fantasy author gets you inside the head of so MANY characters and has you cheering for them at every page. Any well-read fantasy enthusiast will agree, Robert Jordan can leave you spellbound within 5 pages or less.
