Summary: moving book will all emotions
Review: I had to read this book for my English class, and although the majority of the class has not been able to keep up, I have. I have been able to keep up for the simple fact that this book is grabbing. The characters are very easy to relate to and even comforting. The issues delt with in this book are worldly issues about morals and love, which make the book that much more perfect.!

Summary: An wryly insightful and touching retelling of Arthurian lore
Review: Quite simply, one of the finest renditions of the Arthurian tradition. It is riveting, humorous, and contains scores of jokes best suited to those with a classical education and Catholic leanings.

Summary: This is a Beautiful Book
Review: The Once and Future King is an inspiring book that was stimulating to my emotions. This book made me think more about life and improving how I go through life. It made me think more about God, and about morals. It has changed my way of thinking. I love it, because it inspired me to be a better person. This book to me was not dull at all. Some had to read this for a class, and in doing so, would have to write essays on it, and were forced to read it. Even if that were the case, I don't see why they would have not enjoyed it. They must have not thought about it at all, and, the points in the book didn't go through their head, which was probably filled with ideas against it, and they made up their mind, to not like it. If not, they are just not educated enough, or their mind is only hooked on porn, and mindless subjects like that, and they can't appreciate anything else. Although I must admit even though I loved this book, there were a few parts that could have been improved...but not dramatically. I am 12 years old, and I fully understood and took in this book. I hope anyone else who reads this book does the same.

Summary: I want more!
Review: I started read "The stword in the stone" in for school, once I finished the book I disliked it because I wanted more so now I am all most done with "The Once and Future King". This is what I need. But now as this book comes to and end the feeling of wanting more is coming again. I think I have falling in love with the Arthurian legend. Now I think I will move on the book that Malory written "Morte d' Arthur" I go to this book because I am told that it talk about the Holy Grail. But I am really enjoyed the "The Once and Future King" and think that if you are to read any of the 4 book inside the "The Once and Future King" that you should sale yourself short go ahead and read the whole book you will have all you questin answered.

Summary: The Once and Future King
Review: The Once and Future King was a pretty good book that i read in my English class. It was a good book if you like people transforming into different things and magic. I thought it was a good book to read because it is pretty easy reading because most of it is plot. It takes place long time ago but the language is just like how people today talk. Every now and then, the books drags and things get a little boring, but then later on it goes back to normal and it gets better. I think that it is a good book if you are in to fictional fantasy.

Summary: It wasn't too great, but it wasn't too bad
Review: For a book that we had to read in school, The Once and Future King was not as bad as the others, but I would not reccommend it as good reading outside of school. It was very hard to follow. Although, some of the elements of fantasy were interesting. I would recommend this book only to those who really, truly find the "King Arthur" stories interesting.

Summary: Knighthood, Chivarly, Loyalty, Comedy, Love, Excitment!
Review: These are just a few words that can describe this book. If your a medieval, kings and queens, Knights and honor type of person, you'll love this book! Be sure to keep a good look for the story of "God and the Embryos", it will stun you, as it did me! I recommend this book to anyone and everyone, it has many morals and wonderful stories in it!

Summary: Fewmets to those who don't like it, say I!
Review: Somehow I missed reading TO&FK when I was a kid, but I made up for that omission when I was twenty five. It's a wry, sad, silly, engaging, fantastic take on the Arthurian saga, and yes, it does use some archaic or large words--but hey, if you can't handle more than two syllables at a time, there's always Dr. Seuss--but even he might be too complex for some readers. There is always a dictionary somewhere (try your local library for starters) if you can't decipher the meanings of the words from context. Expand your vocabulary a little and your horizons as well--read The Once & Future King and forget the Disney movie and the *ick* musical!
