Summary: THIS IS A GREAT BOOK!!!!!!!
Review: This book is set between the three movies. It tells the story of how Dengar rescued Boba Fett and also includes flashbacks of Fett working with the other hunters, including Bossk and IG-88. I loved it! This book really is Da-Bomb.

Summary: Everyone was schemeing againt everyone else, it was great!
Review: I liked how everyone had plans for someone elses ruin. And 2 stories going at once kept me reading. I thought it was a bit long, but it was worth it. If you haven't read it, buy it!

Summary: The Reagan Administration wrote better Star Wars than this.
Review: I just finished the book about an hour ago. I've read a lot, but not all of the SW books. Mandalorian Armor took the longest to finish (mainly because I read two other SW books in the interim). I kept telling myself that I was in no hurry to finish because I knew that the next books of the series are not out yet. The truth is... that I was bored.

Don't get me wrong, I like the book. It just seemed to lack a certain something that my meager powers of expression can't quite explain. Mr. Jeter, please understand that we as SW fans can be critical because to us this alternate universe is an escape from stock market paranoia and the latest news of Bill and Monica. In the real world, inconstancies are brutally apparent. So it only stands to reason that they will be even more so in our fantasy worlds. We desire constancy. Your research was lacking much. We shed no tears upon seeing Boba Fett so unceremoniously hurled into the pit by Han's incredible luck (which I think is to RoTJ's discredit that this fiercest of all bounty hunters should die almost comically). But, we were captivated by his persona. We wanted to know more about this masked figure (or "barve" as you so repetitiously put it). His past. This you have not revealed. Brief intimations do not suffice. You have two more books to make due or we'll all think less of you (and even worse, buy less of you).

I applaud the survival from the Sarlacc's gaping maw. I mean, Fett had to survive somehow otherwise Bantam Spectra would be out on a storyline for book sales. Did this book need more work? A resounding 'yes' is in order. I don't blame the author entirely though. The blame rests on the publishers as well. Look at how many books Jeter has put out this year and it's no wonder he didn't have time to do research. He did too much writing and not enough reading. I can almost hear the rants of his editor screaming at him over deadlines. This warning is to LucasArts: Bantum believes in book sales, not the chronological continuity in the SW universe. If an author is going to write in your universe, he darn well better spend some time living there. And that goes for the editors too.

To the book's credit, it isn't complete bantha fodder. I had a good read. More surprisingly, It got my English teacher wife to stop bothering me about always reading SW books rather than 'real' literature like The Count of Monte Cristo or the like. She enjoyed the book entirely and read it in one sitting. I attribute this to it being her first SW novel. The poor thing just doesn't know any better. Now she sits "waiting with bells on" for the next in the series. Another lesson for Mr. Jeter, learn it from Mike Stackpole; each book in a series needs an obvious 'mini-ending.' Cliffhanger endings were good in 1930s movies because the wait was only a week. The months that a book release has me wait to see what happens can result in my finding entertainment elsewhere. You may have my wife on pins and needles, but I know were to find better. Really, I haven't seen such a forgettable Star Wars story since Ronald Reagan left office. I too will wait, but till then I will spend my time with the real master's of the SW universe, Zahn, Anderson, Allen and Stackpole.

Summary: Crud from someone who should know better!
Review: WARNING! This from K W Jeter. The man who aspires to be P K dick. Ha Ha Ha! The guy must be hard up for cash! His other works are great, but this...? I love Star wars, but with the exeption of Heir to the Empire the quality of the novels has been terrible! This is no different. The plot is terrible with many contradictions both within itself and Star Wars lore. How much padding!? this is a blatant attempt to turn a single book into a trilogy by filling the pages with rubbish. For example; Xizor telling the Emperor his "master plan". Waffle waffle waffle. Avoid this book if you have any love for Star Wars and it's originality. This book just drags a wonderful phenomenon into a Dagobah like swamp!

Summary: Very good book about the ways of Bounty Hunters
Review: I think that the writer went into detail where the detail was need but not in excess and the switching between time periods was excellent. The only word I can think of to express my feelings about this book is Kudos, Kudos

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A Very Cool Book!
Review: This was the best book that I have ever read among the Star Wars novels. My favorite Star Wars character is Boba Fett, and he is the main character in this book. I like the fact that it shows the bounty hunter's lives by themselves, this time with the Rebellion and Empire in the background.I wish this book had come out sooner! All in all, I think that this a very good book if you like Star Wars.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: I can't wait for the rest of the trilogy!!!!
Review: This book is great! I've been wating for a trilogy about Boba Fett! I want to find out what happens next!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Can't wait for the next book in this series!
Review: This book adds intrigue to the 'behind the scenes' action of the main Star Wars story. If you like Boba Fett, you can't miss this book. Kud'ar Mub'at is an ingenious character addition. The spy video of Luke's Aunt and Uncle being killed is fairly interesting. Great story for anyone interested in the bounty hunters and subplots of Star Wars.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Great Book with a few wrong facts
Review: This book gives a lot of insight into what Boba Fett had done during the Star Wars Trilogy. The only problem was that a few thing that had been written before were in contradiction with each other.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Must read for fans of Boba Fett.
Review: The book kept me turning the pages. When I had to stop reading for some reason, I couldn't wait to return to my reading. The suspense killed me. It has aspects in it that would make it an amazing movie. These aspects are the mystery and the way events are told out of order. It's like the movie Usual Suspects in the Star Wars universe. The one problem I had with it was the way Boba Fett had too much of human characteristics. He talked alot and he wouldn't do certain things that I believe Boba Fett could in his sleep. This problem isn't big and I can't wait for parts 2 and 3.
