Summary: AWESOME BOOK!
Review: This is the best book I've ever read and I tell you that you should read all three!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Good but not the best
Review: The book is good. Atrus and Catherine start out to rebuild D'ni and find the world of Terahnee. They discover that Terahnee is a flaw society and not so perfect as it seems. While in D'ni Atrus has flashbacks of his grandmother Anna and his childhood. The other novels were better. So Atrus and Catherine abandon the main cavern and start a new D'ni. I still give it 5 stars though.

Summary: An interisting explanation of D'ni's history
Review: I thouroughly enjoyed this book. As readers of the Myst books will know it follows a man named Atrus. I begins when Atrus and people from Averone (one of his ages) begin the process of rebuilding D'ni. When they are working on raising a fallen wall from one of the guild halls a hole breaks in the floor. beneah there is a linking book. When they explore they find the etheral society of Terahnee, relatives of the D'ni. At first glance the Terahnee seem a flawless socitey. But then slaves are discovered deep within the buildings. Unintentionally Atrus begins to help the slaves in a way that fulfills the slaves profacy.

BTW RAWA(a Cyan insider) told me 2 new books are comming out soon...

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Awesome! Kind of aimed at young adults tho.
Review: Interesting plot. Continuous characters. Very interesting though a bit youngish.

Summary: You know, in this world there are some books, some bad, some
Review: good. And I think that this is goes to good books. It the first book of three that i have read, and the only one, that's why in the beginning i couldn't understand some parts,but... Then i started, ican tell you that this book is very deep and you just can't read it in two-three days.I can see that some people gave this book 1 star, and it's very hard for me to understand why, because this is an incredible book.Excellent, it's one of those books where you can't stop reading. You just going on and on. It's abook that everyone need to read, you just won't forget it. try.

Summary: A good story with a bad ending...
Review: I have read all the books, played all the games, and visited the site. I know my stuff. The first two books were great, with detail, imagery, and an epic story to best the game it self. As much as the story was good and exciting I can feel nothing but sadness about the end. With Atrus and the rest o' the cast leaving D'ni! As far as I see it the Epic, the part I liked best, is over. For with out D'in there is much less mystery about the history because it feels like it over. But it was still a good read and I can't wait for the next one!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: BEAUTIFUL BOOK FILLED WITH SPECTACULAR THINGS!
Review: I loved this book so much! I bought it and got home and read the whole thing. I loved the mystery to it and the whole book is so wonderful! I don't know how to explain it but you should read this book! E-mail me at Ivy107@hotmail.com if you have any comments!

Summary: A Perfect Blend, Unique in Style and Material-Simply Amazing
Review: This book by all means lived up to its two counterparts; Myst: A Book of Ti'Ana and Myst: A book of Aytrus. All three myst books have a feeling of awe and mystery that is unparalled. You place Myst: A Book of D'Ni down only at the back cover, your mouth open in disbelief and awe.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Awful. Target audience appears to be 6th-8th graders.
Review: I am a huge fan of the Myst and Riven games. The richness and detail of the games left me wanting to know more of Atrus' world.I read all three books and this one has to be the worst of the bunch (the other two were not good either). The characters are shallow and the plot predictable. The story was straight out of a bad B movie script. The writing is directed at middle school levels.

There was tremedous opportunity to tell a compelling tale based on the games. Instead of exploring the richness of detail introduced in the games, the books wimp out and offer nothing thought provoking. A big disappointment.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: The MYST mystery!
Review: As soon as I started the original MYST game I was hooked. The preceding two books were excellent and intriguing. I was absorbed and transported to the MYST universe. However, this last book was an incredible disappointment. The logic of it still puzzles me today. If the series was a show of fireworks, this one represents the falling cinders.
