Rating: Summary: Myst ROCKS! Review: I loved this book and the other three also! Myst was and always will be totally awesome. I will always remember D'Ni and all the people who have touched the D'Ni peoples lives. Long live D'Ni! I love these books and personally I want more of them. The D'ni made a thousand books there should be a thousand more describing them. I want books about Atrus's sons and new born daughter. Those would be awesome books! MORE MYST BOOKS NOW!
Rating: Summary: The best Book on earth besides Ti'Ana and Atrus Review: If you what a good read, look for something else. Because this is only the best!

Rating: Summary: Incredible! Review: Beleive me, in my life as a bookworm I have read many novels. Some excited me, some bored me, some thrilled me, and some left me wishing I hadn't even bothered in the first place. But in all of those books I have never had a book effect me like this one. I first started reading the series because I liked the game and was hoping for a few tips that would help me beat it. Then I quickly realized that there was much more to this story than I at first thought. It swept me away and impressed me so much, that it is the very first set of books that I ever suggested so much to my friends that they finally told me to shut up about it. Please, you must read this book and the others. By far the best books I have ever read, I can't even imagine what I would do without them. (OH and By the way, I WANT ANOTHER ONE!) :)
Rating: Summary: Interesting, but falls short Review: I'm a deticated Myst/D'ni fan, and I was a bit disapointed by the BoD. The begining of this novel is as enchanting and interesting as the other two novels in the series, but once they link to Terahnee, the plot becomes very limited and predictable. A deadline took a great toll on the ending as well - it's confusing, rushed, and unclear. Also, There isn't much to learn about the D'ni culture from this book. The sole purpose of this book seems to be to raise a countless amount of questions about the universe. Despite this, I still recomend it, but it's certainly a change in the series.
Rating: Summary: Superb, but spoiled by ending Review: I loved this story but I was rather disappointed because I wanted them to rebuild D'ni but most of the book was about Terahnee. The rebuilding of D'ni just was forgotten and the end wasn't so good either. What happened with D'ni? Did they just leave it or what? The story still was very good.
Rating: Summary: THE BEST NOVEL EVER! Review: Even though some people may find long books boring, they should definately read this book. I never found it boring, Myst: The Book of D'ni is clearly the best!
Rating: Summary: This is a very good book! Review: This book is a very good book, I really enjoyed the way the characters almost made you feel the way they did!
Rating: Summary: Told the vision of the D'ni (almost) Review: With the old vision of the D'ni culture a rotting corpse in the bowels of the Earth Age, and the new vision coldly wrought by Ghen into his son's heart, this book opens well. I think that the intended cross-culturalism by the agreeance of the elders of Averone (Everyone ?) to send their children "into the fray", along with Atrus' staid promise to dissent to their decree said a lot about this novel's philosophy. In hy humble opinion the thing said here, as never before, is that anyone can be D'ni as long as their character is true and honest. I think this is illustrated most well in the company's encounter with the Teranhee Masters and the Relyimah. Whatta' twist, I thought they had discovered the Ancient, True D'ni! I will await what the Ages' have in store for Marrim and Eedrah's child, Carrad and Irras, and, lastly young Allem from Averone. Four stars for missing some plot resolution in the end and having a climax that was not as good as the rest of the book deserves. The Book of Allem (or whatever child Mirram and Eedrah should have) as the next installment, anyone?
Rating: Summary: D'ni is the epitamy of all the good books I have read. Review: If there is one book you read while living this is the book you should read. I probally won't make much sence without reading the previous books but I don't care. This is the best of the Myst stories and is also the best book I have ever read. If you have read this book and didn't like it as I have seen in some of the previous reviews I suggest you aquire a new taste in literature because YOU ARE RETARED! May D'ni live on... Wingrove, write another one please.
