Summary: The grrrrreatest book ever published.
Review: Hi I'm Namit Khurana .Mr. Crichton you wouldnt believe it but this is the first book I have read fully! I have read many other books but have left them half way cause they were a waste of money, your book was such a thriller with lots of suspense & imagination .This book was worth maybe ten times the money I paid.

Summary: Jurassic Park
Review: Jurassic Park is a great novel. For all of you who have already seen the movie and think "Why read the bood? I have seen the movie", the book is a hundred times different and about 10 times better if you can imagine that... The thrills of the vivid pictures painted by Crichton are to rival the CGI raptors in the movie!!!!

Summary: One Amazing Book!!
Review: This is simply the best book I have ever read! That might seem a little extreme, but it was awesome. Sure, it may be unrealistic, but that's part of what made it so great. I think everyone knows the plot, so I won't waste time with that. It was so exciting and suspenseful. Every action sequence was truly wonderful. The only word I can use to describe this book is amazing. The movie, at first glance, was amazing. The special effects were revolutionary. But the book was so much better. Compared to the book, the movie had almost no action. My only problem was that it was too short. The first time I read it I was only like 7 or 8, and it took me a few months to read. But the second time I read it I was 11 or 12 and I read it in two days. I would've loved to see this be a 1,000+ page epic. But then it would probably still be too short for me. People who enjoyed this book as much as I did might not want to read the sequel, The Lost World. It didn't have nearly as much action as JP. Although the last hundred pages of LW are almost worthy of its predecessor, the rest falls short. In conclusion, this is the book for anyone who enjoys exciting suspenseful books about creatures or wild predators and who aren't offset by unrealistic plots.

Summary: Great Story!
Review: This was a really good book! It mantained a high level of action throughout the whole book and it was very describtive and interesting. The movie was great too, except for the ending. I thought it was very different from the book, and I personally thought the book's ending was much more realistic. I highly recommend that you read Michael Crichton's JURASSIC PARK if you're looking for a page turner!

Summary: The Greatest, The First, the Most Re-Read, Book I Read
Review: I read this book when I was in 6th grade. Having the mind of a 6th grader, it scared the bujeebas outta me. I was (kinda still am) an amateur dinosaur expert, and the book was as realistic as anything I'd ever and have ever read. I've read the book about 4 times, and although the movie was great, it was not nearly as good as the book. Although dinosaur theory changes with the weather, it still states some facts that are viable and consistent with modern theory (although I never truly understood why ALL the dinosaurs with frog DNA reproduced, wouldn't you think some might not have "done the deed"?) Oh, if you want to be disappointed, read the sequal. It was not worthy of its predecessor, although it was ok otherwise. I think Crichton was trying to please the movie-masses and not the literary-masses.

Summary: Anyone who gave this book less than a 10 obviously crazy.
Review:

I repeat: anyone who gave this book less than a perfect 10 is obviously a crazy, half-witted moron with no sence of imagination, creativity, or humor. Jurassic Park is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST book that I have ever read!! It's fast-paced, exciting, and (believe it or not) much better than the movie!!! I loved every minute of it!! Some may say that it's not 'correct' in it's ideas about dinosaurs and cloning, but truthfully enough the best books are the kind that often leave behind the real and plausible world as we know it and give us something to dream about. Jurassic Park is a great techno-thriller that incorporates genetics, death and destruction, and a lesson about tampering with nature into one novel. READ IT! DEFINITELY READ IT!!

Summary: SO BOMB!!!!
Review: Is REALY GOOD. It only scores 8 becaus all the profanity (bad language). Also, people with delicat stomaches or young kids who tend to have nightmares, shouldn't read it becaus it's pretty gory. BUT IT IS THE BEST BOOK I'VE EVER READ!!!! And I've read a ton of books in my life. After reading Jurrasic park, I want to read ALL Michael Crichton's books!!! Well, BYE :)

Summary: This is the BEST book
Review: This book was GOOD!!! I couldn't stop reading it. OK, Crichton made some errors, but who knows what dinos really did? How can anybody say that he's wrong? This book is fiction, remember, and maybe raptors and stuff acted the same way he wrote them!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Wow!!! This book is GREAT
Review: This book was super - I couldn't put it down. The movie is okay but the book is WONDERFUL!!! Sure, Crichton may have made some factual errors, but who cares!! The book works anyway, and it's GREAT!!

Summary: An engrossing story that's almost believable...
Review: Michael Crichton has concocted a story that seems more appropriate for the six-year-old-boy genre, but is definitely not a bedtime story. In Jurassic Park, he takes a pose on the possibility of cloning dinosaurs from fossilized DNA, in the hopes that someday, a park will be built, and the proprietors will never go hungry again. But things go afly (of course), and in the end, the island is firebombed to prevent these little scientific nightmares from getting off the island. The plot moves along nicely 95% of the time. The other 5% Crichton uses to get way too tangled up in scientific fast-talking. His science talk seems a bit contrived at times, and sometimes seems too coincidental, but in any case, Crichton has done his homework, and has presented us with a scenario that could happen...maybe.... Overall, I enjoyed this book. It is a very engaging story that is hard to put down. Although the movie is a gross disappointment of standards that only Hollywood could appreciate, the book itself is definitely worth a serious look. I highly recommend it--for adults.
