Summary: SLOW READER? this book is for you..
Review: when i was in 8th grade i had never read a book befor. All books i read i could never "get into" or be interested. i could sit down and read for an hour and not remember a thing.. Till.. one day a teacher gave me this book.. I think i improved my reading skills by 5 grade levels by the end of the book.. I went on to read Sphere and Lost World i have not hit a bad book by crichtonIf you would like to recommend a book to me drop me an email..

Summary: One of the best books I have ever read
Review: This book is a fun-filled, action-packed novel. I would say it would have to be one of the best of Crichton's novels. The way he descibes everything is just simply amazing. It makes me feel like I am right there seeing everything and experiencing everything. This book is one you can't put down. One thing that he does in his books is change what is being led to so the main part of the story is not discovered until the end of the book. If you've seen the movie before reading the book, you will be amazed at what was actually supposed to happen.

Summary: A great book, couldn't put it down, read it in 3 1/2 hrs.
Review: This was the first Chrichton book that I read after seeing the movie and it was much better! Although some of the explanations were a little boreing I still learned alot. Great attention to detail and wonderfull descriptions. You won't be disapointed, nothing like the OK movie. Characters were believable and the plot was intricate. A extraordinary Sci-Fi novel!

Summary: Brilliant, yet foolish
Review: Michael Chrichton is a brilliant writer with a keen imagination. His best work to date--in my opinion--is "Jurassic Park." Like H.G. Wells before him, Chrichton makes his readers believe that what he's writing about could actually happen. As a dinosaur lover, I found this book to be very entertaining (and much better than the movie). The only bad thing is that the premise (and Ian Malcom's chaos theory) is based on evolution. Contrary to what the media says, scientists are abandoning this so-called theory in droves. If one were to seriously examine the evidence against evolution--that is, macroevolution--(the fossil record, structural homology, molecular biology), he would be forced to admit that evolution is just another feeble attempt to deny the existance of a Creator.

Review: I thought Jurassic Park was awesome! I've read it nine times already and I'm working on ten! I think anyone who likes dinosaurs should definitely buy this because it KICKS HARD CORE!!!

Summary: Good Job Michael Crichton!
Review: In Fourth grade I watched the movie and I dicided I had to read the book, three years later I finally did. This is a great book, my personal favorite of M.C.'s, and it is certainly much deeper and twisted than the movie. There are idea's that just sends chills down your spine in the book that they don't even scratch the surface of in the movie. I must read for Crichton fans. I would recomend the movie as an alternative for younger kids, the book is a more graphic.-Eli@
