Review: I thought the book was really good. Even though I am illiterate, and cannot read, my mum read it to me, and had alot of expressions when read it. I especially liked it when she would hit me with the book when I wouldn't listen to her.

Review: Beleive me, this is the best book I have ever read!!! If you saw the movie and you thought it was anywhere between good and the best film ever made, read this book. It is all because of Mr. Crichton's style and way of writing things. He is an amazing person. He would do tons of research and studying just for one book. It realy shows in Jurassic Park and his later book, The Lost World. (I also did a review for that book). So, in short, it doesn't matter if you read the mass made paperback, the library-bound hardcover or even listen to it on tape or CD, you will love it!

Review: Jurassic Park is the best. You want action? You want suspense? Read this book. The Lost World was OK, but this was better because it had more mystery in it than The Lost World did. You really should read this book. It will fill your minds with mysteries.

Review: I really enjoyed the scientific aspects of the book and the accuracy in which they described each dinosaur. I found it was easier to visualize the dinosaurs in the movie. Nothing against the book, but I think it is easier to watch the movie and get the general idea of the story.

Review: Absolutly great! The movie was great too. Those who were disappointed with the movie, remember, they couldn't shoot the whole book. It would be too expensive and long. I don't think that anyone could have written something with this amount of technological information and make believable. if you haven't read this yet, READ IT!

Review: This is a wonderful book. It combines science and adventure in such a great way that it led me to read a book about the "Chaos Theory" (not much to do with the book but very interesting). Believe me, you won't be able to put it down for hours, don't be surprised if the sun comes up while you are still reading. I've read it twice and I would read it again. Enjoy it (I am sure you will).

Review: Okay, he could have done better. Sure, the dinos might have had poison. Did the velociraptors really have to eat their dead? They hunt in a pack. They don't eat members of the pack when they are still alive and wounded, but they eat them when the raptor is breathing its last breath. About the characters. They seem a bit shallow, and a few even seem crazy. The chaos was a bit outrageous, but oh-so predictable. (Malcolm imitation.)See the underlying patterns!The park is going to fail, blah blah, fall into a coma, wake up for morphine, swear, talk about paradigms, blah blah, here come velociraptors, gasp, oh hi Grant, it's going to fail..... If you really want a good book where you can sit patiently and wait for the profanity, gore and stupid,going-against-common- sense-and-knowledge pages to end, this is a good book.
