Summary: The best fantasy Book ever written!
Review: This is by far my favorite story. Mr. Ende wrote a children story to read by adults who are missing and appreciating the most important things in life. Read it, this masterpiece will change the way you enjoy life and perhaps will help to realize how the modern life is taking away the most precious and simple things in your valuable and finite time. Mr. Ende was one of the best authors of the century. I regret that such a wonderful book is not vailable in English.

Review: This one was a gem. I admired everything about it: the simple storytelling, a richly created atmosphere, the symbolism, and the darker implications. Momo is truly a wonderful and memorable character, I especially liked the chapter when she plays make-believe with her friends. The things that the men in gray represent are very obvious and this made them all the more frightening. I was a little uneasy about the way the novel sometimes switched between old fashioned fantasy and modern reality, but suppose this was just to drive the implications closer to home. All in all, this was excellent, I highly reccommend it.

Summary: I read MOMO when I was young....
Review: well, I read MOMO in german when I was a child several years ago. That time I was living in Germany. Now as I am much older and live in Buenos Aires I remembered that book. I do not remember the whole story anymore and therefor I will buy it in spanish here in Buenos Aires again and more over give an eddition of it as a gift to an important person. The only thing I remember very good is that I liked Momo a lot and had read the book several times. I am an engineer now and was many many times related to time.... I recommend Momo to all children because young people have to learn as early as possible to think about time...and how important and/or unimportant it can be. Dipl.-Ing.Matthias Schulze
